*ZERO STAR* Pool was freezing, you couldn’t even go in . Not once did i see anyone clean the pool and no ph testing. If your going with kids you cant let them in the pool they will catch a cold night 1. The staff were unfriendly especially the older staff, there was nothing nearby the hotel and didn't feel safe walking around the area.The shop in hotel is a joke they change the price every time so they can still your money. The entertainment was absolutely rubbish. We had to make our own entertainment. Don’t get me started on the food. Cockroaches spotted where we was served. Plate wasn’t clean & food wasn’t fresh. I wouldn’t recommend you eating there unless you want to be on the toilet for 3 days. I wouldn't return to this hotel. Don’t book this hotel!!!! Don’t waste your money. Read all the feedback and see what all the bad feedback have in common.

An excellent hotel, just the only fault would be the location a bit out of the city center. For people who like tranquility this is a good location.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very efficient , pleasant , warm and welcome ...je want to thank all the ladies who make the household . The location is ideal for physical activities .. from the ”high-sized” sports room to the large outdoor pool, you have everything to give in a calm atmosphere. I recommend this center that can fit everyone... without forgeting the restaurant where you can take the breakfast where you can make a good meal.. Thanks to the entire team . We checked in to our deluxe room, and it was a horrible stay. First off, the deluxe room building is the furthest building away from the hotel, and by the time we get to our room, the view from our balcony is of a construction site and parking lot. Our room had a particularly strong vinegar smell to it, and we asked to move rooms. We were told that every deluxe room was sold out and we would be able to move rooms the next day. Next day comes around and we didn’t hear from the hotel. Every call to guest services took at least 3-5 minutes until someone answered or called back. We also came back to our hotel room unlocked, and it seemed housekeeping didn’t truly close our door when they cleaned it. On our last night, the A/C didn’t seem to work. We called guest services and the lady I spoke to told me that it was turned off for the whole hotel. When asked why or when will it be turned back on, she abruptly interrupts me and says I’m transferring you to the front desk. I waited for at least 2 minutes on the phone before someone from the front desk to answer my call, and he informs me that someone will come check our A/C. We love staying at different hotels in different countries and had no issues with other hotels in Marrakech, however, our stay at Movenpick was very underwhelming and staff didn’t seem to care at all. This has been a very awful experience, and hope that the hotel management can make a much better experience and improvement for others.

Lovely would recommend. Cheap and cheerful. Don’t know why people are so negative about this place, I would stay here again. Clean, beds made everyday, clean towels, friendly staff. Located twenty minute walk from the square, and the souks. Off licence around the corner, which sells plenty of beer, wine and spirits. £11.00, for a bottle of wine and six beers. Highly recommended!!!
