The receptionist, who is from Indonesia, was extremely helpful and promptly resolved my booking issue. She also introduced us to a great restaurant and assisted with our late checkout request.

Check-in was delayed by late preparation for house services. The front desk receptionists were inactive to tell us when the room was ready. The amenity was good and clean that deserved to have positive feedback. The hotel was located next to a beautiful stadium and attractive to football fans.

Very convenient location if you are visiting the stadium. Pls note that Traffic can be very busy in the hour(s) before the start of the match. Room is spacious and clean. Good value for money

I received a very warm welcome and was even upgraded, which I really appreciated. The location was perfect for my weekend plans (old port, beach, and coves). The bedding was very comfortable. The room was spacious and functional. The hotel was very well insulated. The air conditioning was efficient and quiet, with several programs available. On the downside, the room wasn't perfectly clean, and the pool was small for the hotel's capacity. However, I must emphasize the warm welcome and kindness of the staff, which made up for the minor issues. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
