I love this hotel as it is virtually on a very long sandy beach. Fantastic for a long walk in the early sunshine but better than that are the beautiful gardens including pools for everyone. Infants and children pools. A large family pool and hidden away at the back a secluded adult only pools. The refurbished style is 70’s retro. The outside dining provides a stodgy of some evenings buffet style alternating with table service a la carte and the quality of food is amazing at all times. I have just had my fourth visit therr and find so many guests are returning year after year which speaks for itself. I buy a new swimsuit every year from one of the lovely shops which are really good quality from a charming lady. The nightly and sometimes lunch time music entertainment is always very good at the pool bar. I have previously been with friends but this time took my family with a 4 year old and 2 year old and they loved it in the playground and kids club and small pools. As a contrast they also enjoyed jumping in the waves on the beach Maspalomas is in my opinion the best location in the Canary Islands and I look forward to visiting again next year.

This is my second visit and it is such a well organised hotel. The hotel itself has an art deco 70s vibe which is differently to the usual modern hotels but what makes it so good is the staff. They are friendly, happy and polite. The food is top notch, both the a la carte nights and barbecue buffets are excellent. Many thanks to the attentive staff and managers at Palm Beach :)

Our second visit this hotel love it . Food very good and freshly cooked . Staff friendly and helpful. Always can get a sunbed , the pool staff looked after you . Lovely and clean in all areas . In a great position too .Yes it was a certain age group overall , however as. Iam a very young at heart 68 year old really enjoyed my stay . A very calming hotel

It was so good here we came back for a second visit. It is in a word fabulous. The food is excellent quality choice and presentation.,The staff are so lovely and cannot do enough to make your holiday special.From the moment you arrive you are so well looked after. There was entertainment in the afternoon and evenings.. A lovely bar salon for evenings with great staff..The African bar in daytime with lovely staff. Our room was on the 4th floor 402 and we had a side sea view which was a lovely surprise.The hotel is spotless and very well looked after. We opted for the all inclusive premiere package which was excellent value Thankyou to everyone who made our holiday so wonderful.

A luxury hotel close to the beach at Maspalomas. There was entertainment each night and at lunchtime. Especially notable was the performer with the electric violin. The food was excellent, catering for most nationalities. The evening meal was themed each night, and there was a speciality restaurant for paella - delivered with a flourish! Two pools, and aquafit in one, as well as Tai Chi and Yoga. The service was great.

Close to perfect luxury hotel nice, room good service and excellent food Especially Karina at the reception desk is a bright star, allways friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. No complains about the rest of the reception staff, but Karina stands out as exceptional. This is our first visit in Palm Beach hotel, but we plan to come back

We stayed one night here as our plane was cancelled and easyJet moved us to this hotel An amazing experience in a beautiful location Spa facilities incredible and food was spectacular Room was well located with sea view and beautiful decor Staff helpful and polite Was incredibly sad to leave. Clean good situated hotel, but no wow factors anymore. All the same as always, food getting boaring Lot of changes in personal. Many trainees. In restaurant there are new men in black receiving, They are posers. The most friendly waiters are gone. Always virus and deseases going around in hotel, Good there is a doctor office in second floor. Pool boys, piccolos and cleaning staff are the friendliest

We travelled with Jet2 and were really impressed with the whole holiday. The Hotel is wonderful, gorgeous gardens and pools...but most of all ...fantastic staff ! Our room was on the 3rd floor (338) and although directly over the doorway to the terrace (which we were initially questioning noise) we were very happy there. Excellent food and plenty of it...it seems unfair to single out any staff members as they were all friendly and generally efficient, but we were particularly well-looked after by Jennifer and Johanna in the restaurant. Our only comment for improvement would be that our bedroom carpet was looking a bit tired, but serviceable. Many thanks to all the team.
