Wonderful relaxed and welcoming hotel in a fabulous spot. The location is perfect for exploring both the Bay of Naples and the Amalfi Coast while being a tranquil haven to escape back to at the end of the day. Very nice amenities and incredibly helpful staff and the food in the gourmet restaurant was amazing.

This was our 1st trip to Italy and to sorrento and our travel agency made the reservations to villa fiorella . What sets this villa from other properties is the customer service, the ambience, and the outstanding cuisine . The moment u step in they greet with a smile and whisk u away with a welcome drink. U must try the tasting menu at the hotel it is several courses but each course was ingeniously designed and sumptuous。 I would love to visit sorrento again and I would pick this villa

Staying in Villa Fiorella was a unforgettable experience! The staff is very helpful - with special thanks to Margherita at the front office who went far and beyond to make my stay really amazing, the restaurant food is esquisit, the spa is to die for with an excellent masseuse, the bedroom is renewed with great shower and comfortable bed, infinity pool and rooftop are a must go and last but not least the à la carte breakfast is just wonderful! Special thanks also to Alberto Colonna, the general manager. Hope to stay there soon again.

Very nice place excellent restaurant small but nice have all beautiful views perfect service you can expend nice time with your partner in you can take a trip for the cost there are a dock very close to the hotel near for Sorrento by car or Taxy best Chef like a Micheline Star Restaurant

It’s the best small hotel if you want to simply relax, eat wonderful food, drink the best cocktails, be spoiled by fantastic staff and see the most incredible views and sunsets, you have to come here! My husband and I were made to feel so special, whether being advised by the reception staff Lia and Roberto or fed and watered by the legendary Gino, Guiseppe, Vittorio, Bruno, Roman and others. Nothing is too much trouble! The pool area and gardens are great places to chill and unwind so after a week spent here we felt recharged and revitalised!

The room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the dinners (especially their special gourmet dinner) was simply amazing. They have a wonderful sommelier named Luciano who recommended a lovely wine for dinner. Everyone is very friendly and provides amazing service. Although it comes up as a hotel in Sorrento, this charming hotel is actually located in the little town of Massa Lubrese, which is a 20-25 minute drive from Sorrento along a twisty little road. There is not much to do there except walk down to the little fishing village, but it's a fun and interesting walk. The property and its views are amazing, a perfect place to rest and relax and get away from it all. They also have a spa which sounded wonderful but unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to try it. If possible, I would recommend a room with a view. Ours faced the road and was a little noisy in the morning with trucks going by. They have a bar outside that is the perfect place to enjoy a spritz and enjoy the spectacular view of the sun going down with their manicured trees and infinity pool in the foreground. All in all, a perfect place for a beautiful and comfortable retreat with stellar service!

This hotel is an unusual combination of both being a genuine 5 star hotel whilst also being the most friendly boutique style hotel we have ever encountered. The views from the hotel are just amazing, the rooms are spotless, the food is interesting but, most of all, the staff are superb. Nothing is too much trouble. To give a small example of the service they provide, we walked down to the harbour to have lunch. Not a long walk but a steep downhill walk. Having had a wonderful lunch at Da Michele we did not fancy the walk back. I texted the wonderful Lia in reception to ask her to organise a taxi to take us back. The owner of the restaurant within minutes came to our table to tell us that she would drive us back to the hotel when we were ready. Another such example of their service, on our last day we had an early morning pick up to take us back to the airport. We were due to leave before breakfast at the hotel began. Nonetheless whilst we were waiting for the car to arrive the breakfast waitress appeared in reception with a tray of coffee and pastries so we could have something to eat and drink before we left. Top tip, the Almafi coast is a must. Splash out on a private car and driver which the hotel will organise. Worth every penny. On the outskirts of Massa Lubrense it is not in the heart of all the wonders that this part of Italy has too offer, Serrento is short taxi drive away, but, on the other hand it is a tranquil and wonderful location and highly recommended.

We stayed at this hotel from April 4th to 7th, everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms bright and clean, the food delicious, and if you love art they have beautiful art pieces around the hotel. Recommended

As our 1st Italy adventure we selected Villa Fiorella as "Top Shelf" home base to explore Sorrento and the Almalfi coast, the welcoming team over delivered all services throughout our stay. After our transatlantic flight we arrived at the hotel, short one large piece of luggage (fortunately my wife's luggage arrived 😜) Ms. Lia welcomed us at check in and started saying don't worry about your luggage.. you're in Italy now. Lia escorted us to the pool area for a welcoming cocktail and to enjoy the spectacular views. 20 - 30 minutes later she introduced us to our room, where in the closet were three linen shirts and a pair of pants all my size, that's the caliber of hotel Villa Fiorella! Staff and service wise all 5 stars, Pepe, Roman, Gino we had lots of laughs and great friendship moments and. Ms. Lia represents the brand VERY well. If you're looking for a high end boutique hotel in a quiet area with spectacular views, James Bond like service, this is a great jump off location for Almalfi touring. Masa Lebrunse is low key with outstanding local flair
