Very well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

The photos taken when booking were seriously inconsistent with the actual room. (The Ctrip photo shows an open kitchen, a sofa, and a spacious space)
After checking in, I felt cheated. The room was very small, there was no kitchen or sofa, the bed was only 0.8 meters wide, and it actually cost 1,250 yuan a night.
I booked a twin room, but when I checked in, I got a double room. After waiting for an hour, I came over and split it into a two-bed room.
The shower head actually fell off when I was taking a shower, which is incredible for a room worth more than a thousand yuan.
