El Poblado
This hotel sucks if your single and even more if you don't speak Spanish. They are in a tourist area and nobody in the building can hold a conversation in English. The hotel is extremely over priced comparing to what you they charge for other hotels in the city. The night I arrived I thought I was going to get shot because as I'm getting out my UBER the security guard is already clinching his gun. (Granted vehicles windows were tinted and it was raining) They barely have ice which means depending on the time of the day your asking for it they may not have it available. No they don't have a functioning ice machine. You have to wait for somebody to bring ice with them when they come to work. THEY CHARGE you for having any guest so if your traveling with friends your friends MUST have a room within the hotel in order to just come to your room. Otherwise they have to wait in the lobby. Isn't that some mess? Your allowed 1 person to come to your room throughout your whole entire stay. By the 3rd night of my stay I was trying to cancel the rest of my reservation and move on but Nope they wouldn't let me. If your a couple than by all means its cool to stay but keep in mind your going to struggle for ice and to communicate with anybody. Breakfast is cool, the area is very high class and the rooms were nice and clean. Hotel will be difficult for UBER to find due to it being on top of some sort of salon

This hotel has excellent staff! Diana at the front desk ensures you are taken care of and the fact that she speaks English made things alot easier. She assisted with my reservation and always responded quickly to any concerns. The ladies in housekeeping and food service also go above and beyond, especially, Gloria. The rooms were always nice and fresh. The complimentary breakfast was great as they provided whatever you requested even though it is not a restaurant. The staff basically assisted with anything that was possible and always with a smile. Thank you, Diana and Gloria, you made our stay awesome! Carol 🇨🇦 and Martin 🇨🇴

We just came back from our 2nd stay at Morgana Suites, another GREAT stay! The view is FABULOUS and everyone working at the hotel are very accommodating. I see they made some room upgrades and WIFI was much better this time! Beds are very comfortable, room is very clean and spacious and we were very happy here! Breakfast is very delicious and plentiful, love the fresh juices and fruits, lots of selections for everyone, hot and cold items. We are already planning another vacation to Medellin and will stay at Morgana Suites again, we love the taxi driver Juver, we use him for airport pickup/dropoff and also for a day trip to Guatape, plus rides in between, he is very safe, good driver and reliable, we consider him a friend! Thank you Morgana Suites for another great stay, we will be back!!!

If you are going to Medellin, you will never regret staying at Lettera Hotel. Real close to Lleras Park and so many restaurants and small bars. You can walk up and down the neighborhood and you will feel safe. If you decide to take the breakfast which is included, the variety of choices is awesome. Fabian and Walter are the best, they check every detail to make you feel comfortable. If you stay for dinner, the food is excellent and Alejandra and Juan Camilo are amazing. Try gin and tonics red. Last but not least Carlos at the Reception will welcome you as if you were home. This place is the best!!!!!

Great location and hotel in Medellin. We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were spacious, comfortable bed, and shower. Loved that the hotel was located inside one of the nicest malls in this city. Safe neighborhood, and close to Provenza to go out at night. I will definitely consider staying here again. I didn’t try the food, but had a couple of drinks at the bar on the rooftop.

The first time I stayed here, it felt really good. The hotel was well equipped, the room was in good condition, the swimming pool looked good, but I didn't experience it. I went to the gym. It was also good. The breakfast supply was quite satisfactory.
