On arrival we were given the wrong room, the reception manager was extremely rude, said we had given the wrong names. After complaining, they offered us a premium suite, literally on the last night, which was useless. Bathrooms are tiny, no hook on the back of the door, which they did come and put up. Rooms are double/twin rooms, so if there 3 of you, they will squeeze in a 3rd bed, (but we found the same in the hotel at Makkah). Besides the reception manager, all the other staff were polite and friendly, one thing I noticed at this hotel, the cleaning staff and porters did not expect to be tipped, which made me want to tip them. Major advantage was the closeness to masjid e nabawi. Breakfast I would say was ok, the restaurant could do with being updated and could have been cleaner, the restaurant staff were friendly.
