帶60➕的父母一起旅行，到西雙版納租車自駕，告莊很吵所以臨時決定來勐海，臨時訂了這家酒店。入住的時候簡直超乎想象，應該是我住過性價比最高的酒店了！五一人也不算多，前台小美特別熱情，免費升級了房型，幫忙搬運行李，接送去度假區的景點……還有大堂的茶台，普洱茶餅無限量供應，真的很滿意！#餐廳

訂的不在勐巴拉景區裏，景區旁邊的類似居民樓裏，房間就放一張床一個衞生間，很小。勝在乾淨整潔。

衞生床品都挺好，但是説實話酒店空間有點小，最重要沒有準備一次性拖鞋，要求多提供幾瓶礦水還要另外收費

流程沒問題，總覺得態度不太好，住遠處的爛尾樓，沒有照片中的泳池等服務。
1、帶着長者孩子，因為怕24小時核酸過期，提前了一個小時（中午一點）到店先辦理手續，不能入住也沒事剛好去吃午飯。前台接待的男士不太耐煩的告知我2點才能入住，我表示沒問題。但你態度好一些告知會更禮貌。説實話疫情期間就沒人住，看我拖家帶口行個方便，才是開門做生意的狀態。
2、給我房卡，説“你那棟房有一部分是毛坯的。”我問“啊是毛坯房？（住酒店的沒想到真是嚇了一跳）”小哥還是不耐煩：“一部分！不是你那間” 小哥給我的説話感覺好像在説，誰讓你們要的是便宜的房間。。。嗯，最後我們住的是勐巴拉入口處的房。1-3層是工地，框架毛坯。住的4層，樓道有建築材料。其實開車送我們去的女孩子態度好一些，温柔的解釋一下，我蠻可以接受的。
3、姑娘帶我們進的第一個房間，有些破敗吧，窗簾是壞的，怎麼都沒電，試着修還冒出了火花。雖然感覺好久沒人住，但我在電視櫃上看到了一袋安全套。。。尷尬了一下。我們就出去逛逛讓他們修吧。。。回來後説換房間，並且送來了鑰匙。新換的房間乾淨了很多，陽台也做過衞生，住起來還是挺舒服的，衹是因為廁所門是透明的，同住的人裏面上廁所需要回避一下。
我爸爸問我，本來就沒人住，他們為什麼不給我們開一間正常一些的房間，一上來就給我們那種剛裝修完還沒有開荒的房間讓我們勉強住？我還以為是我想多了……我帶着60多歲老父親，一個3歲的小童，不求熱心幫忙，衹求平等對待。
總結一下，都怪我訂了你們酒店最便宜的房間，哦對，一樣的房（都在這個樓上）其他酒店的價格要便宜很多，因為我住了一晚就退房，趕緊住到了隔壁其他家。。。
