Clean quiet hotel. Easy check in and out. Breakfast provided was limited but convenient. Surprised that so few toiletries were provided in the bathroom, one single use shampoo bottle (for two people) and two bars of soap.

My son and I had a lovely stay but the one drawback was that upon arrival we were shocked to discover we had to put down a $400 deposit for incidentals
Now, I know that this can be a fairly standard process, however I have never seen one that high. So that was a very unpleasant surprise and the information was not provided on the website or on ******* when we booked. Also, keep in mind if you pay the deposit on your debit card, it will be deducted and it can take up to 14 days to get it back so they recommend I use a credit card (not an option in my case as I am usingy card to pay off my kids orthodontist and I don't have $400 available on my credit card lol) So we came very close to being stranded far from home without a room to stay in.
Would I stay there again, no way. Not because of the actual hotel, but simply because $400 for incidentals is way outside my budget and I did NOT appreciate that info not being provided when I booked.

Great stay. Just 2 little issues. This hotel is right at the edge of the 60 freeway so there was a lot of traffic noise in our room (407 - on the freeway side of the building). Also our key cards quit working 3 times in 3 days. Otherwise, the hotel was a clean, friendly place!

Booked a four-person king suite and the two people that had to sleep on the pull out couch bed were miserable. The mattress was so worn out you could feel the springs. ******* wouldn't do anything about it and the hotel wouldn't do anything about it. I wanted to cancel my reservation and move to another hotel and they wouldn't let me. They didn't refund me any money, and they made no effort to try to make the bed more comfortable. I will never use ******* againbecause they do not stand behind their customer and have the worst customer service.

Staff was pleasant. Air-conditioning does not work in the rooms. Several people complained. Toilets are way too low. Very difficult for older people. Furniture in the dining room needs to be updated. It’s looking shabby. Julia in the dining area was most pleasant. What a lovely employee.

The staff is great. The rooms are not very clean and very outdated. The tub in the bathroom looked like someone had walked in with their shoes and had never been cleaned.

We were treated poorly at check-in, at breakfast. Two fraudulent charges by this hotel caused us to cancel our credit card mid'trip. Their staff did not stop kids from kicking a ball against our door at 8 p.m. after calling the front desk twice.

the beds in are room super soft. very comfortable. the other rooms that we have stayed in at the hotel have been fine
