The Gabriel Miami South Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton

This hotel was beautiful, clean, a fun atmosphere, and in the perfect location. The restaurant was delicious. Staff was so helpful and always available. We had a suite and a regular room, and both were clean and well-stocked. The main pool and the glass-bottom rooftop pool were both amazing. I felt safe and in the middle of things, but I also got great rest. Can’t wait to visit Miami and The Gabriel again!

I would not recommend this place, I repeat I would not recommend this place no matter the cheap prices, it’s a crappy and unkept the rooms are like bunk beds, bed bugs on the sheets , cockroaches all over, the batheroom is disgusting and unkept no matter how good it looks in the pictures, it’s all a decoy, do not book!!!!!!!!! , stop and dnt books this dump at any cause, they dnt give a crap about the situation we had with multiple private rooms with ****tty batheroom and bed bugs all over, I’m literally disguised they dnt have to refund our money we were forced to leave at 5am because of the situation and when we asked the front desk staff to go check he refused, no help at all, we were told the manager doesn’t come till 11am , but this point we didn’t want to even stay in this dumpster hotel, this isn’t a family place at all, it’s the very unpleasant I repeat it’s very unpleasant so pay your money and stay in comfort and relaxation , the shower was a whole other situation with that, people literally walk in and out whenever they feel I like, screw each other and leave and you can hear that through there thin walls, I regret booking this place for spring break, waste of money and time. For sure I’m reporting them cause I can’t believe a hotel like this does this kind of unhealthy business at this moment I’m just saying what I feel, so please dnt book this, take my word for it, 100 percent.

THIS LOCATION is so perfect some don’t realize it. That’s fine with me. I will always be able to book. When you come to the beach it’s for drinking and partying probably. This is a great resting stay for the keep it moving type of person. The front desk are really nice ladies if you get to know them. They are 50% of my return they been doing this a long time and are real people with with problems too. Food for thought Remember gratuity is a thing when eating in Miami Your bill is not your local restaurant type of bill 🥰

I often use it for my stay. Mineral water is provided. The housemaid was kind to me. There is a shop near the hotel and it helps.

Friendly staff. We had a nice large room in the back which was relatively quiet. Everything was clean and well maintained. Location was terrific. My only caution is dont order a call drink from the bar without asking the price. I was surprised that a rum and tonic with a ”special” dark rum and a martini with Tanquery 10 cost $20/each. My bad for not asking beforehand. Oh, and the free shuttle to the airport is a real plus. I recommend the Chesterfield to others.
