Super good view. Nice service.
Free gelato from 3-5pm.
The beach is clean and nice.
The pool is not crowded and we’ll managed.

Booked for kids. This hotel allows young people over the age of 18 but under 21 to check in independently. The restaurant has performances at night, and the location is good with a private beach. It's a pity that although the balcony room with sea view is booked, the balcony of the high-rise room cannot be opened.

The service is very poor: the two female staff at the front desk of the hotel did not smile the whole time, and did not respond to the customer's thank you. Requested cleaning service three times in one day, and has repeatedly confirmed that my room is still missing from the housekeeping list.

It’s a shame but I had a very bad experience. I didn’t want to go to thru what I went through. That is why I paid almost 500 per night because didn’t want any issue. Anyway very bad communication btw the staff. One manager offered me something to compensate the error and then the other manager didn’t know what the other manager offered me. I had to explain all over my situation. They tried to fix it but the harm was already done.

Mold in all areas of bathroom (shower tiles, shower door hinges, sink faucet) - bathroom mirror peeling away from bottom - mold ceiling in closet - mold covering balcony railing - chair in room looks like someone had put out for garbage (fabric torn and chipping away color) - balcony painted re painted over chipping paint and still missing spots of paint - furniture on balcony 49.99 set at Walmart not even a cushion - utilizing "resort fee" amenities a hassle (miserable 2hr bike rental for one day of stay - had to call company - email company to be refunded as it was included - front desk told me I had to call then told email by company) exercise class (only offered once a day at 8:30) - this is not a four star resort - it is a Holiday Inn express dolled up but in need of allot of upgrades to be a three star hotel - staff friendly and fancy front - dont be fooled - finally two elevators for entire hotel - lot of time waiting for - car comes full - wait again - avoid this hotel - its a mess dressed up to look upscale but its far far from - but they charge as a four star - yuck -

Beautiful property on a beautiful stretch of beach. This was out second time staying here. We looked at other properties in the area, but loved this one the best. The staff is helpful and attentive. It's worth getting a balcony room with an ocean view. Also great to have the Starbucks downstairs.
