Very nice hotel, quiet and clean, good service attitude.
The price is affordable, and the hotel provides umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels.
The only inconvenience is parking, you need someone to help you park or pick up your car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Local House. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The rooftop pool area is small but very relaxing! The location is perfect-a short 2 minute walk to the beach and close to the nightlife, but not so close that it is noisy or disruptive! Our only criticism is that if the room is ready, you should be allowed to check in as most hotels do. We were told at 2:05pm that our room was ready, but if we wanted to check in we would have to pay $25, as check in time is 3pm. That did not sit right with us! Also one other issue was on Saturday evening the hotel closed the rooftop pool area at 6pm for a private event, with no formal notification to guests. Other than that, we loved it. Restaurant was great and staff very pleasant! We would stay here again for sure!

The hotel itself is gorgeous. It is literally less than 5 mins to the beach. The staff are very welcoming.

The food options, walkability, was great. The hotel is nice, clean, very central to everything. Across the street from the beach, walgreens 2 blocks, pizza a block away, drinks available, hotel has great food, excellent service. Lara is Amazing to work with.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and great food. The location was ideal, near the beach and away from main restaurant area. Could be noisy at front of hotel at night with cars racing up and down but we were at the back and heard nothing. Would defiantly stay again

Always greeted by staff. Smells so welcoming in lobby. Small balcony with noise from street. Pool is small but fantastic for two.

Great boutique hotel with rooftop pool and right near the beach. Half a block away! At quieter end of ocean drive in south beach with everything in walking distance. Love this place
