3-Star Hotels in Miami Beach

Love this place but next time i will not go during summer as summer is way too hot to enjoy the walks you can do in m****illes. Amazing seafood and people are so much nice here compared to Paris. Stay by the Old Port, not further down as it becomes a little dodgy and a bit scary at night further down the old port stretch. You can walk to all the attractions or take a short bus ride everywhere.

Worst hotel experience I've had in my entire life. Please don't stay here, it's not worth it at all! 1. The hotel is right next door to a nightclub that blasts aggressive EDM from 10pm to 7:30am, even on weekdays (I stayed here on a Wednesday). I wore heavy duty earplugs, a pillow over my head, and took sleeping pills, and I still wasn't able to fall asleep due to the thumping music that vibrated the whole room. There is no one at the front desk to help, and no one picks up the hotel phone line after hours. 2. On the rare occasion that someone is at the front desk, they are extremely rude and unhelpful. The morning after the nightmarish stay, I went down to ask the manger (Sam) to change my room due to reason 1. He just shook his head, told me to suck it up because I had already paid for my unrefundable stay, and that there was nothing he could do. He said all the rooms were full. When I showed him that there was still availability when I checked online, he said that those rooms were even louder than my room, so I'll be even more unhappy there. Whenever I offered more solutions, he would interrupt me and shake his head and tell me to suck it up. I almost had a panic attack out of frustration, shock at the poor customer service, and lack of sleep. If I were to collapse, he probably would have just told my corpse to suck it up. 3. The room itself was fine, nothing special, solid 2 or 3 star quality. However when we walked in we were overwhelmed by a strong, chemical-y, lemon smell. I'm guessing this was because the rooms aren't properly cleaned and are instead sprayed with cheap Febreze. The smell gave us a headache, so we had to leave immediately and open the windows while we were gone. When we came back, we tried to turn on the AC but it didn't work. We called the front desk but no one was there at 9pm. We had to just suck it up, as Sam would have said.

Was excited to find a cute hotel, with great photos & reviews, that was so close to the beach. We were in for a shock. The only parking available was three blocks away. We had to walk, with our luggage, through sketchy hell. Then we got to the address, only to find a Tshirt shop. After making a few phone calls, we finally found the very small, dark entrance. We drug our luggage up the stairs, trying to be hopeful, only to find a dark hallway. (The lights were burnt out I assume) We opened the door and almost fell down. Whatever they clean the floors with is the most sticky substance. Even after we left the next day, I was slipping all over the airport floor. The room looked rough!! (See pics) Everything was very worn and dirty. The area outside the hotel was sketchy. I would feel safer walking down Bourbon in New Orleans, in the middle of the night, by myself. Even the beach in this area was filthy and littered in trash. A homeless man was washing his junk in the beach shower. (Not the hotels fault but still helpful with the stay) Coral Gables area would be a much better bet

The staffs serve well and they’re helpful staff. The first night I couldn’t sleep because the air conditioning was too noises, and the second night I could sleep because I switched off the air conditioning. So I suggest that make mosquitoes nets to instead of sealed windows without fresh air, if use the fans to instead of noises air conditioning may be good for both of gusts and hotel(this hotel name is Freeland Hostel) I haven’t been to staying in generator hotel so no opinions for Generator Hotel.

The second stay, I booked the wrong room in a hurry, and found out after I checked in. The staff was very enthusiastic to help me change the room and have been comforting me. Because I came back late to Miami Beach, after dinner time, I thought I couldn't eat it, but the kitchen left dinner for the late guests, which was very touched.

We had a great time! The location, staff, pool, and food were fantastic! The check in process was very smooth, we pulled up and valet took over and they were hilarious! We had to get the car a couple times during our stay and the valet team was always prompt and had great personalities. The hotel is right on the beach and our room has a beautiful view. We even got to do the morning workout on the beach which was tough but so pretty. The breakfast buffet was clean, the food was fresh and hot, and the servers were very quick and polite. We will be back for sure!

1. The hotel service is average, and there is no service; 2. The lady at the front desk speaks Spanish, but English is difficult to understand; 3. The buffet breakfast is bread and drinks. You can bake your own bread and make your own waffles-this is ok; 4. , The location is not bad, surrounded by restaurants, a few minutes walk in the evening is the food street-15th Street to the north is a food street, or walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the west is also a food entertainment street; 5, parking, The waiter said 25USD a day. But turn left from the hotel to the left on the 16th street is a public parking lot, 16 USD 24 hours a day; 6, Ctrip quotes have problems: there is an additional tax XX under the quote when booking, generally speaking, all taxes and fees are included, but it is here The hotel was also charged 59USD (2 days). The charge includes the free shuttle to and from the airport and casual calls to local telephones - I drove by myself, so I couldn't use it at all. Despise it. 7. Suggestion: For a trip to Miami, stay here for one night in Miami Beach, and go to other places in the back. 8, 2 nights spent more than 2,600, the price is too poor. Thank you!

My 10 year old son and I loved everything about this hotel experience. Lester at the bar and Ali and Fabiola at front desk were wonderful (and others whose names I can't remember!). Everyone provided the best service and attention. Restaurant was pricey (typical for the area) but delicious, pool perfect temp and never crowded, and room clean and serviced daily. I just loved the vibe of everyone and their attentiveness. Next door is a great market with tasty deli. Beach is just a block away, and is very quiet at night even though we went during spring break. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and am telling everyone about it!

2 of us just returned, Fri 8/26, from a 4nt/5day stay @ our fave SoBe Hotel, The Albion!👍👍☺ We were upgraded to a SoBe Jr. King Ste. Rm#317, and it was awesome! Thank you so much GianCarlo once again for your gracious Hospitality & Service as always. Your front desk crew during our stay were all Great as well! Thanks guys!👍👍☺ Our jr.suite looked like new carpet had been recently installed and room freshly painted. The pool view is always awesome to have as well. We still enjoy having the free coffee ☕☕ in the a.m on the mezzanine level before heading to the pool/beach for the day. Location,Service and Cleanliness here keeps us coming back to stay! Also, we like how the lobby always smells nice !! Have noticed that in other FL hotels as well. It's very inviting! Well, until our next visit, hopefully in Dec. Keep Up the Great work!!
