La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Miami Airport East

I appreciate the hospitality during my stay at La Quinta. However, I would like to offer a few suggestions that could improve the guest experience. The breakfast selection could be improved by offering more variety and ensuring items are consistently stocked during serving hours. In addition, the hotel would benefit from having more housekeeping staff so rooms can be cleaned more efficiently and prepared on time. Finally, greater attention to overall cleanliness throughout the property, including guest rooms and common areas, would make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Charge me after i cancelled, I did not stay here and they keep charging my card

In whole the place is hidden The hotel is not very clean. You have an orchid vase full of dust disgusting in the lobby. The trash during breakfast is over loaded. Way too much Spanish speaking horrible accents. Not knowledgeable on giving directions Asked how far downtown was, they didn't know. Horrible
