我母親6號晚上在酒店衞生間外地板上仰面滑倒，骨折且頭部受傷，衹因為穿的酒店提供的壓根兒不防滑的一次性拖鞋，衞生間外地板很滑沒有任何防滑措施，當時直接“咚”的一聲巨響，仰面滑倒在地，頭劇痛，尾椎骨巨疼，全身都痛，直接半個小時沒爬起來，然後勉強被我攙扶起來爬到床上，因為突發受傷驚懼不清楚仰面滑倒對身體造成了什麼樣的傷害，立即跟着酒店的工作人員去醫院拍了ct，結果顯示骶3骨皮質褶皺，頭部撞了個大血包，後面麪診的醫生説不排除原有的腰椎間盤突出因為這次仰面滑倒而加重。那天晚上晚飯也沒吃，之後的幾天因為身體受傷，也沒怎麼吃多少飯，原本打算要在綿陽吃喝玩樂一週時間，旅遊規劃因為酒店防滑措施不到位造成的仰面滑倒摔傷戛然而止，7號和酒店協商好了酒店對後續治療費的付款和退還房費以及因為受傷衹能買卧鋪的車費作為補償，8號早上一大早就直接反悔不付款後續治療費還要求我們簽了免責協議（大意就是接受酒店給退個房費的這筆錢之後，如果因為這次受傷後續產生的任何治療費酒店都不再負責）這種不平等合約才可以把房費退還，否則一分不給，9號作為外地人的我們帶着疼痛和害怕乘卧鋪火車回家，給差評都不足以消解我們作為顧客的憤怒，也無法減輕受到的創傷。
