"For my trip to Mianyang, I once again chose the familiar Hampton by Hilton, and the experience was consistently excellent! The front desk staff was professional and efficient, and they even had chilled juice ready in the lobby during check-in, which instantly washed away my travel fatigue. The mini-fridge in the room worked perfectly, keeping my drinks nice and cold. The biggest surprise was the new smart delivery robot; the contactless food delivery felt very high-tech and was incredibly fast. In the mornings, the Mianyang rice noodles with their rich, savory red broth were smooth and flavorful, truly my motivation to get up each day. The hotel's location is absolutely prime, just a few minutes' walk from the majestic Yue Wang Tower. At night, I could admire the dazzling city lights from my room. It's perfect for both convenience and sightseeing – I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"This is my second stay at this hotel in Mianyang. I contacted Cindy in advance, and she kindly arranged a river-view room for us. The weather has been great these past few days, with pleasant temperatures. The sunrise in the morning is supposed to be stunning, but I woke up too late to catch it. However, I did see the sky in two distinct colors, which was quite a unique sight. The hotel breakfast was just so-so. Cindy's service, though, was absolutely excellent. She put us on the 19th floor, and the room was even better than the one I had last time. The bedding was also very comfortable; Cindy mentioned it's custom-made for Jinjiang Radisson Group, and it felt really premium. Since I redeemed some points, I was able to extend my check-out until 3 PM, which was incredibly considerate. I could even have lunch and then a quick nap before leaving. I'll definitely be back next time. Cindy is such a wonderful person and provides exceptional service!"

"It was a king-size room with two beds pushed together. There was a whole wall of glass behind the TV, blocked by a curtain. When the lights were turned off, there were only a few bars of light. I only discovered this after I had packed up, dressed, got into bed, and turned off the lights. I was speechless. This can be said to be a fraud on consumers, and there was no relevant person in charge to communicate and handle the matter in a timely manner."

I especially praised the first mate Xiao Ma for upgrading the room for free. In the morning, she also reminded me to take the children to feed the red-billed gulls. The children were very happy! The room was clean and tidy. The room attendant Chen Yu provided warm and thoughtful service. She prepared toiletries for the children and gave them Tremella and Pear Soup as a gift! The hotel's breakfast is also rich. Highly recommended 👍👍👍"
