Mainly the service was outstanding and guest experience manager Shiama was the highlight of my stay, making sure I was doing well and taken care off throughout. I noticed how friendly and personally involved the complete staff was, knowing names of the guests and making sure to have all important details on them, such as received post in my case and when I was leaving. I would love to come back again!

A wonderful 5 star hotel. I can't say enough about this hotel. It was unpretentious and wonderful. The device is top notch. Every member of the staff is unbelievably helpful. Gabrielle who manages the front desk in the late afternoon/ evening was particularly helpful. The rooms are great as are the bathrooms. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel in Milan that not overly done with fashionistas this is the place.

Sadly we will be checking out of The Gray Milan tomorrow - it has been a fantastic stay here, and we would definitely stay again, and recommended to friends. The staff are so friendly and helpful – we are really enjoyed talking to them and they have been so helpful and attentive. The location is spectacular – we walk out of the hotel front front door and have a view of the Duomo. You couldn’t ask for a better location The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern and full of all the amenities you could want. Our room has a view of Galleria Vittorio Emmanuel II which is gorgeous. They have a small bar downstairs, and a cozy place to enjoy breakfast. When it rained, they had umbrellas for us to use. This was our second visit to Milan, and we would definitely stay at this luxury hotel again next time.

The service of the hotel is invincible, much better than traditional high-end luxury hotels. There are only a dozen rooms in the hotel, and the service is one-to-one. The rooms are large, especially suitable for a family. The biggest highlight of the hotel is the invincible view, the most beautiful view of Milan is right in front of your eyes. The breakfast is very good. Ctrip does not include breakfast and the direct restaurant bill is 48 euros per person. It is very good, and the service is very considerate. Since I got up late, the waiter told me to eat slowly. It doesn't matter if we charge after you finish eating. It's really sweet.

This is a beautiful hotel and we had a great time. The hotel was nice a clean, had a nice garden, the restaurant was nice and the bar was open until late. We stayed on the 2nd floor and our room was nice and spacious, aircon was great, the mini bar was well stocked and the maid came everyday. Our view out the window was nice too, we could see the cobbled streets and the tram passing by, it kind of looked like a postcard. The restaurant was nice, staff was friendly and if you like traditional Italian food then you would enjoy it. The breakfast was also nice we went down every morning, it was the same thing everyday but that was ok because it was good food. Only thing is tho, there were no omelettes as standard, I think they could have made you one but you had to pay extra (€8) Let’s talk about the bar. The bar was amazing, not only was it open til late but the bar staff were very knowledgeable on anything drink related. There wasn’t a drink that the lovely Henry or Paulo couldn’t make you. Whilst I am on the Henry and Paulo subject, I’d like to take this opportunity to just say how amazing they are. They introduced themselves and asked our names and it was lovely service ever since. They made us feel welcome, kept the amazing drinks flowing, learnt early on what kind of drinks we liked and kept the drinks coming. The service from them two was absolutely outstanding and we would visit again just to see them. They are real assets to the hotel. Thank you. The hotel itself is not far away from the duomo. We just took the subway, it was 3 stops. Once you get to the duomo you can also do the bus tours, we did the 4 tours over 48 hours which was nice. We also did the canal cruise which wasn’t far from the hotel too. Immediately outside the hotel you can also hire bikes and scooters. You just have to download the app if you haven’t already and go. All in all the hotel was great, service was great, location was great and we love Henry.

The Hotel Brunelleschi is in a convenient location to the main attractions and amenities of Milan, a 5 minute walk in a safe location. The hotel is known for its' business travelers which is how we knew of the hotel from my husband's previous stays. It is clean and well appointed with a spacious lobby, restaurant and bar along with a large dining room on the lower level serving their breakfast buffet. The room was large,comfortable with an additional small sofa which was also a pull out bed. Multiple charges available. The bathroom was well outfitted with great fluffy towels. Generous breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items with a varied selection, even offering Proseco for those who wanted to make mimosas. Staff at the desk gracious and accommodating to questions and requests. Efficient in arranging our car transportation to the airport on departure.

Great location — close but just far enough from the Duomo and relevant subway stops to make getting around Milan easy and quick. The staff was so friendly and helpful and clearly had our safety in mind. The room was right below the lively rooftop bar with a great view of the city. The room itself was small but perfect for me, my husband, and young adult son. The rooftop bar was fun and felt so glamorous, too! Their menu was on also topnotch, a great place to enjoy aperitivo and enjoy the nightfall sky. You could hear the slight thump of music from our rooms, but that didn’t bother us at all. The gentleman at the front desk was also so kind and helpful with all our questions from money exchange to metro stops to restaurant recommendations and even fashion advice!

I stayed here for 2 nights out of out of 4 in Milan. My first impression to the hotel was we were arrived early but they allowed us to checked in immediately and invite us for the drink at the bar next to reception. The accommodation was good with full amenities that we expected. The breakfast was excellent with lot of selection and the juice and croissant was the best I ever had. The staff at the breakfast and reception always nice and warm welcome. They always offer assistant regarding transportation, city tour, and arranging the taxi for us. Will be back and stay here again!

Went on a lil solo trip for the weekend and this was such a good location, there’s all kinda of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the duomo is super close, and central station is like 15 mins away. Besides the great location, the staff was also very nice (and they gave me a free tote bag even though I wanted to pay for it, it has their logo on it so it’ll be a cute memory)!!!!! And the room was very clean, just slightly cold in the winter like everywhere else, so just remember to pack well. Each hostel has their own bathroom, which is nice. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and electric towel rack to heat up and dry your towels. Very nice. Bathroom also comes with soap, toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash. The hostel also hosts parties and stuff, so it’s an easy way to meet new people. But the hostel also seems to attract nice and friendly guests, because I met some great people literally within 5 minutes of entering my room. :) I’ll definitely book again, but maybe at one of their other locations in Rome or Florence. This hotel is in the Porta Romana district and was within 30 minutes walk of the Duomo so, for us, it was a good locational it was not in the busy part of the city but was close enough to enable us to walk or take public transport to get around all the major central sites. A strong point in its favour is that there are many restaurants close by which we found very convenient - they were good to ! Staff were courteous without being gushing; breakfast was excellent; superior room was tidy and plenty adequate for our requirements.

A*** from start to finish... We absolutely loved this hotel! We was greeted by Federica... who is the sweetest girl who just made us feel like we were so welcome. Had a beautiful room sleeps 3 room number 4. Had a balcony and TV. Excellent cleanliness!!! Now the famous spa is a walk away! The trams and busses a walk away! Mcdonalds a walk away! Supermarket next door! This place was perfect 🥰 We done 3 days, 2 nights! There is so much to do in Milan! I suggest you book everything you want to do. The spa was lovely... central milan at night is beautiful. I highly recommend you book here! Perfect for everything you want and such a great price. Just want to add that this is a very safe place to stay. Had a main door! Another main door! The front door! Then your room door. Safe neighbourhood always people around. We cannot wait to come back Thanks so much for making our trip amazing xxx
