The Glamore Milano Duomo

A wonderful hotel, overlooking the Duomo Square and close to everything. The only downside is the lack of parking, but the metro station is very close. There's a guest elevator with a password. They were very helpful; I checked in early for free, and they moved my luggage to another hotel in the same Duomo Square. A lovely experience that I hope to repeat.

The hotel's location is indeed good, with the cathedral downstairs, but the overall facilities are very poor. It's in a very old building, and the cleanliness and facilities of the rooms are terrible. They're filthy and old, and the bathroom light is broken.

It claims to be opened in 2023, with a five-star logo, but it actually feels like a three-star hotel. The facilities are old and the front desk is small and dilapidated. The corridors are dark and filled with cheap perfume. It is still the same when you walk into the room. It is full of strange smells. The bath water is sometimes louder and sometimes softer, the lights are flickering, and the sound insulation is also poor. The most hateful thing is that I told you to put the breast milk in the freezer, but when I came out after staying for two nights, the breast milk was about to melt. The staff was completely negligent and put it in the usual refrigerated place, and they kept pretending to be innocent. This is the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in in my life, no one else. I spent 10,000 yuan for two nights and I would never recommend it to any compatriot.

Excellent check-in and check-out, great location, everything was great

Very clean and pleasant scenery

It was too bad. Nothing was prepared in the room. The glass was all broken. There was a disco bar upstairs. It was still dancing at three o'clock in the middle of the night. The sound insulation was very poor. You could hear people talking in the corridor clearly. There was always the sound of running water in the middle of the night. Not only is it noisy, it’s also quite annoying. Bad review.
