The service was excellent. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. There was no kettle for making tea or coffee which would have been nice. No gym in the hotel but the receptionist recommended gyms in the area. Breakfast was fresh with a good choice. Would recommend if in the area for work.

The room is clean and quite large. Location is convenient with bus, tram and train stations within 5 to 10 minutes walk. The only setback during our stay was the construction work next door which started at 7:30am and very noisy.

1) No tea/coffee provided even a proper CUP
2) Washing sink NO hot water, design of the sink too shallow. When u open pipe water all spruts out.
3) Bed is too soft and the pillow so thin.

It was around 15 mins away by metro and car from Milan central station, the room was just fine. Somehow we were placed into a room for requirements related to accessibility, it was fine but admittedly we didn’t require it. The location is a neighbourhood in Milan centre.

A great little hotel within easy reach of the Metro and access to all of the major sites from the network. Easy to get to from Malpensa airport as it is only 3 stops from Milan Central Station. Spotlessly clean and the beds are comfortable with toiletries and a hairdryer provided but no tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms although there is a restaurant/bar on site. There is an all you can eat fixed price Chinese restaurant across the road, a cafe serving great coffee and delicious pastries within 50yds, a great cocktail bar that also serves Chinese bao next to that and various other food outlets within a five minute walk at prices far less than central Milan. I would definitely stay there again if visiting Milan.
