Quick check in process. Clean room and comfortable bed. Love the wooden frame ceiling. Before booking the room, read online review saying that no microwave and refrigerator are provided in the room type we selected but was surprised that there were actually such facilities in the room. Minor criticism on the non-functioning desk phone and dryer. Overall, we had a great night there.

We arrived at around 10:00pm check in to our room and then I needed to use the restroom, come to find out we could not sit down on toilet because the seat was broken went to front off and told the manager on duty, he complained because it was 10:30, he finally said he would give us another room. Had to go back to original room and repack and move to new room. Got in new room and saw what was supposed to be comforters as blankets were really comforters with no filling, called tired to call front desk but the manager said we could not get additional blankets. Next time I will bring my own.

This was good for the price! Our king bed room had plenty of space. Just a very tight small shower. It’s in the middle of like a swamp, so that wasn’t our favorite. But the staff was fabulous! The like “fixer guy” was soooo kind and helpful! But we’d stay here again!

Never stayed out in Mill Valley so was extremely pleased at the ease of check in as well as the suite itself. The jetted tub was less than what I had hoped for but we made the most of it. Staff was friendly and property was very nice. Recommend this place for short stays & staycations’

NIce location, some restaurants and coffee shops nearby, convenient.
Our room was a bit cold when we arrived, and the hot water was limited. Otherwise it was the right place at the right time for an overnight near Mill Valley.

Property was clean. Staff was friendly however, the Wi-Fi never worked during our two nights stay, and we were told that it hasn’t been working for a while. This was a problem since we had counted on working remotely, using Wi-Fi in our room. Also, the fitness center was closed and looked like it has been closed for a while.

In the process for going through renovations. No notice posted of renovation. My room had no telephone, nonworking TV and ants in the room. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi when online it was specifically listed that there would be free Wi-Fi.

near the water inlet, nice, but no sort of natural sound barrier next to hotel/freeway to help mitigate freeway noise such as mature trees, environmentally friendly walls & vegetation combo and so forth
the room shower was very small and hot water did not get very hot and no option to adjust

This was definitely a low budget hotel. The internet didn’t work. The phone service was out and the TV reception was absent or poor. The staff advised us on arrival that the internet service was out. No compensation was offered. The room itself was very basic but quite run down.
