Fairfield Inn & Suites Milwaukee Downtown

Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They had snacks and water bottles as there is no place to refill water. The continental breakfast was nice. Lobby clean and orderly while welcoming. Temperatures were easy to control in the bedrooms.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and professional, the hotel was clean and welcoming, and I really enjoyed their gym. I did want to make a note here that in the gym there were several ceiling tiles that were very visibly soiled and some cracks in the wall. I understand that if they were in the middle of construction that those would be changed, however, I think a sign saying that they are currently fixing things would be a good idea, and definitely checking to make sure that all of the ceiling tiles throughout the building are replaced when necessary.

Hotel was immaculate. Staff friendly and attentive. Parking convenient. Cookies and fruit infused water in the lobby was a nice treat. Breakfast was excellent with refills up to the end of service. Gatorade on the way out the door! We were very impressed and will stay again if in the area.

The staff were wonderful. But the hotel itself looks worn down and creepy inside. Tons of peeling paint on the window seals. The smell is odd. Minimal amenities. The hallways and rooms look old and worn. I can’t speak to the breakfast. I wasn’t comfortable and chose not to eat. But the staff were wonderful!

This is our second stay here. The staff has always been wonderful. Breakfast is great. Beds are comfortable. Snacks are nice.

The customer service was superb at this hotel. We were traveling with a younger volleyball team and the weather was unpredictable. The management and employees were incredibly accommodating, and we were treated so kindly throughout our stay. The facility was clean, offered a hot and good (choices) breakfast - and even adjusted their hours a little for our schedule. Highly recommend this hotel for individual/business, family or group accommodations. 5 stars in all categories! Thank you Fairfield Inn!!

Building was ok. My room didn’t have heat and they knew that when they put me in the room. The staff was at least friendly and helpful. They had a number of space heaters ready for complaining guests

We were in town for a volleyball tournament this past weekend. We had a double queen room and while the space seemed small, we were able to make do. You can't beat the location and the staff is absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond for people staying for the tournament (even starting breakfast 45 minutes earlier to accommodate the tournament start time, which is something another hotel in the area would not do for us a day before). We requested extra pillows and blankets later in the evening and they took no time in bringing them right up.
