Service was good - the front desk went over and beyond to help me figure out how I could take the local public bus. The state of the rooms left much to be desired. It's an old property and the room feels a little musty, old, and not befitting of what Doubletree Hilton standards should be. However, the DoubleTree cookie was an absolute delight!

Couldn’t ask for a better property! Close to everything staff killed it and a breakfast joint and gyro shop on the block were top shelf !

I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 noon and arranged early check-in. I thought I was very lucky. When I got to the room, I found that there were people working out next to the gym on the second floor in the middle of the night. It was so noisy. I stored my luggage and waited to change rooms after three o'clock. Finally, I was moved to the third floor. Sure enough, at midnight at one o'clock in the morning, six There are people exercising dumbbells everywhere and the sound of banging on the ground makes it impossible to fall asleep. The hotel gym is close to the guest rooms and is open 24 hours a day. I can’t understand it. In the last two days, I finally moved to the seventh floor to solve the noise problem in the gym.

It wasn't good for the price. There was also a problem with paying for room service, so I didn't feel good. However, Trip.com customer service was good.
