All good, but they don't give back deposit. They said 3-5 working day but naver pay. What's going on

This hotel seems to be in a prime location and right next to the "Public Market" which was a hit and super packed on the weekend. Because of it's location it is rather busy but with all of that everything was really clean and organized. We had a great stay. My only recommendation is that the property invest in more luggage carts. I waited 30 minutes for a luggage cart. My check out was late because by the time I got a luggage cart and loaded the car it was already passed check out time. I started looking for a luggage cart at 9:30 am and had the car finally loaded at 11:10.

My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay over here. I also asked front desk to have my room cleaned but they never got to it. Until the last day obviously they started cleaning it. But other than that I give it to Jordan for making my stay more comfortable.

Rooms are supposed to be cleaned every other day. I was here gor while week asked multiple times for my room to be cleaned but it didn't happen. One day went and got clean towels from front desk. The staff is awesome. Everyone was wonderful. Breakfast was ok. You have to park down the street in parking garage and add the city app to pay for parking.

This place so so perfect for out family. It was clean, smelled clean, and our room was very spacious.

On arriving, we received a warm welcome from “Q,” the manager and Andrew at the front desk, who also texted us to make sure our expectations had been met. The room was a good size, in excellent condition, and we received maid service every other day without having to ask. We were impressed with the layout of the complimentary breakfast area, especially the yogurt served out of a machine, the fresh fruit served daily, the very hot water for tea, and the very cool automatic pancake machine. We’ll be back!

Excellent location! Super friendly staff and walking distance to most of the main tourist attractions such as the river walk area and the historic third ward area, loved it! Complimentary breakfast is amazing too!

We were allowed an early mid day check in, which was very nice after long flights. All the staff was very polite and helped us. Our room was very spacious, everything was very nice!
