Good value, location is better than the chain hotels, nearby pizza house CONA is a great surprise. 好食抵食、good service。人地鄉下地方的pizza是歐洲專業水準，真想叫香港那些貴餐廳去自我檢討下，良心都冇?!

It was said online that this hotel had a large bathroom and it was posted at the front desk. When I actually went there, there was no water in the big bathroom and I could only take a cold shower.
There was hardly anyone at the front desk. When I called, I was told "please wait a moment" and had to wait another 10 minutes. Also, the way they said it was very high pressure.

Actually good value if you accept the tatami style bedding. Only problem is that going out of the room to the shared toilets and showers can be freezing as the common areas are not yeated. Hotel looks old. But it was in the centre of Ina, and had good free parking. Room we got for 5 pax was relatively cheap.

I don't think it's a hotel that puts in any particular effort, but there was nothing particularly unpleasant about it, and I would use it again if necessary. The only thing I liked was the female staff member I exchanged greetings with the next morning before checking out. At first I thought she was the hotel's landlady, but she was in charge of cleaning. It was raining lightly, so she lent me an umbrella, and her cordial service was very pleasant. I suspect this is probably due to her own qualities, rather than the hotel's training. Taking all of this into account, I would rate it as average or somewhat good.

可愛らしく親しみを込めて接してくださる女将さんが素敵でした。部屋や建物はシンプルですが全て揃っていますし、清掃も行き届いていました。駅や飲食店、コンビニに近いのも魅力的で、松本市でホテルを探すよりこちらの方がいいことも多かったです。
それと、共同浴場のお風呂がとても大きくて大満足でした。足を全て伸ばしても余裕でスペースが残るほど広いお風呂でした。
