Hotel Route-Inn Court Ina

Hotel Route-Inn Court Ina

📍 1536-1 Yamadera, Ina
★★★ 7.5 (59 reviews)

"This was the worst Route Inn I've ever stayed at. The building is old, the air in the room is bad, and the water pressure in the toilet is so weak that you have to flush the toilet paper several times before it will flush. The rice at breakfast was too soft."

SA Inn Ina Nice Road

SA Inn Ina Nice Road

📍 Sa Inn Ina Nice Road, 3032-1, Ina
★★★ 7.9 (2 reviews)

"I stayed at this hotel while participating in a two-day cycling race. The facilities were relatively new and the stay was comfortable. However, the check-in time was incorrect. When I arrived just before the stated check-in time of 2 PM, I was told it was after 4 PM, which was a bit of a hassle. Since I checked in early, I skipped the venue's showers, thinking I could take a bath, but the person in question was riding in the pouring rain and got dirty and soaked. My parents were supporting me without umbrellas, so their clothes were soaked and muddy... I was riding in the cold and extremely hungry, but I couldn't go to a restaurant in that condition, so I was planning to go eat after taking a bath, which was really awful. I was so cold and shivering that I couldn't stop, so I went to a convenience store to buy something warm, and then I got a call from the management company, who said they would advance my check-in time. It was a relief, but it took a lot of time and effort... I was glad I was able to check in about an hour earlier than 4 PM, but my plans had changed and it was difficult, so I would appreciate it if you would use the correct time in the future."

Hotel Route-Inn Court Ina ★★★
"It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the station, and the road conditions along the way aren't great; my suitcase wheels were screaming. Although it's a bit far from the station, there are restaurants like Sushiro, Marugame, and Sukiya nearby that stay open late, which is convenient in a place where the streets are pitch black by 7 pm. The hotel is old, like a vintage hotel from the 80s or 90s, but the staff are very friendly. The serious problem is that the air conditioner in my room was completely malfunctioning and uncontrollable. Even after having staff come and repeatedly operate it, it only worked for half an hour before automatically stopping. When I turned it back on, no matter what I pressed, it only blew out warm air. In the end, I could only open the window a little and let the humidifier fan run."

SA Inn Ina Nice Road ★★★
"First of all, note: this hotel is completely unassisted, the hotel only has one building on the roadside, there is only an electronic tablet inside for guests to check in and check out by themselves, and there is a local phone number with Japanese recordings. Also pay attention to the check-in time and check-out time, which are completely inconsistent with the online reservation platform of Trip.com. This hotel only sent me an email the day before I checked in. There is a QR code in the email to remind self-registration. There is a link that must be opened by yourself below the email. Check-in and check-out times are only shown here. (I didn't pay attention to this link at all) Then something bad happened, and the waiter on the phone said that everything should be subject to the hotel regulations, which I found very irresponsible. Trip.com The check-in certificate is: Check in14:00 Check out12:00 But the hotel is actually: Check in 16:00 Check 10:00 As a result, the first day of check-in was invalid. I went out to buy breakfast the next morning. I came back at 10 o'clock. The password lock was invalid and I couldn't enter the room at all. The luggage was trapped in the room. As a foreign traveler, and not knowing Japanese, you can imagine how awkward it is. These two setbacks have broken me down. The hotel does not have a locker for luggage storage. I wanted to go to the nearby Gaoyuan City Toe Park to enjoy the cherry blossoms the next morning. Because we could not handle the luggage problem, we cancelled this project. We only went to the park before nightfall. Please burn the store to help us call a taxi. I used it back and forth 10,000. The next day I want to leave the place quickly, go straight to the next stop! I would like to thank the clerks at the two shops next to it again and again, for helping contact the hotel, it took them too much time, they are still very friendly, really grateful. The people I met in the local area this time are also very friendly, thank them so much. The room facilities and space of this hotel were ideal, I guess only suitable for locals, self-driving car travel. I will not recommend it to foreign people, the place is too big, the traffic is not convenient, the night is very quiet, if you like lively friends do not consider. And we had to take the high-speed bus to Nagano the next day, and we had to take the ticket service at the bus stop in Ina, and we had to take a bus to a highway and spend a taxi to get on the bus. This experience really gave me a lot of knowledge, but fortunately I found a kind person to help, otherwise it would be unthinkable."

"I was able to run on the forest road to the top. It is inferior to Jinmagatayama, but I am satisfied with the super view of Ina Valley. Unlike the mineral springs that the country says, it is disappointing due to the boiling circulation of mountain water. Although it is not as good as kaiseki, rock fish did not come out of the only local dish in the inn. I think the pottan toilet, heavy futon, blankets and steep stairs are severe for the elderly. The lady general will take care of you if you are tired of urban life."
