Очень уютный номер, отличные сервис, всё устроено с вниманием к деталям. Отдохнули с комфортом! Очень чисто, приятно пахнет, всё исправно работает. Очень приятные девушки на ресепшене ☺️ Кафе, относящееся к отелю, тоже порадовало хорошим сервисом и вкусными блюдами.

Здравствуйте! Хотим выразить огромную благодарность и низкий поклон руководству, администраторам, службе банкета, отделу бронирования, шеф-поварам и всем трудящемся на благо сетей отелей ”Виктория” за сказку, воплотившуюся в жизнь! 23 сентября 2023 года мы отмечали свадьбу в банкетном зале ”Сапфир” в Виктория SPA. Это великолепное место с панорамными окнами, светлое, романтичное, просторное. Блюда были просто выше всех похвал: изысканные, свежие, нестандартные. Стол просто ломился от яств, что не могло порадовать гостей и соответственно нас, молодожен, которые переживали за все. Но с сетью данного отеля можно быть спокойными, все сделают по первому классу. Бронировали в Виктория SPA 3 номера: один для себя и 2 для родителей. Так сложились обстоятельства, что появилась необходимость раннего заселения хотя бы в один из номеров. Позвонив в отдел бронирования, к сожалению, мне отказали, сказав, что отель полностью укомплектован. Но каково было мое удивление, когда мне перезвонили через некоторое время и предложили 3 номера в соседнем отеле ”Виктория” с номерами более высшего ранга LUX для родителей и для молодожен огромные апартаменты APA на целый этаж (мы там даже потерялись), с прекрасными видами на Комсомольское озеро и Парк Победы. Как позже шутили с мужем, что попали в номер Киркорова, особенно, когда после свадьбы он был усеян цветами).Наши родители были в восторге от 2-х комнатных люксов со всеми удобствами, не хотели выезжать. А в наших огромных апартаментов мы встречались уже тремя семьями и беседовали по душам. А завтраки в отеле просто выше всех похвал: сбалансированные, с большим разнообразием, свежие, вкусные, чувствуется, что сделано с душой для любимого гостя. Мы даже не пытались сделать рекламу отелю, отель сам все сделал за себя, точнее, люди, которые работают там. Учитывая, что наша свадьба была интернациональной, то гости, которые были впервые в Беларуси, однозначно захотели вернуться сюда снова, а те, кто живет, захотели праздновать свои дни рождения только в зале ”Сапфир”. Даже оценка маленького 5-летнего ребенка о многом говорит, которая заявила, что ее свадьба обязательно будет здесь) На второй день посетили с мужем SPA, - и окунулись в рай). Прозрачная крыша над бассейном добавляет изысканности и огромное количество естественного света, что не может не дарить ощущения отдыха на островах) Дорогие, уже не побоюсь этого слова, наши! Еще раз благодарим Вас за прекрасные мгновения, понимание, собранность, услужливость, настоящее белорусское гостеприимство! Горжусь, что в моей стране настолько радушные хозяева! Stayed here for nearly one week. It’s a quite new and modern hotel. The luxury rooms were big and spacious. The hotel staff were helpful and nice. The hotel has a big swimming pool and sauna. This hotel has some challenges with coordination of their airport taxi service. I feel the hotel staff can improve in this area, and therefore I give it only 4 stars. For example, I pre-ordered airport pickup from the hotel. When I arrived, no taxi was there and I called the hotel to ask where my taxi was. To be honest, the hotel was perceived as quite uninterested to help. Eventually the hotel gave me the taxis registration number and told me to go out on the parking space and search for it myself!! I felt that was quite rude and unprofessional. Besides, I have never experienced that a traveler is expected to leave the airport and search for the taxi on the parking space. Turned out that the taxi was late and wasn’t even at the airport by that time.

Close to metro station and opposite of the park which makes it a nice walk. Next to shopping malls and restaurant. Hotel is not brand new and has an antique 70's feel to it which is fabulous. Bed is comfortable and contains all necessary amenities. Nothing bad to say about this hotel- love the souvenir shop which makes things easy should you forget to purchase gifts....all in all- happy with this hotel in beautiful Belarus

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in early August. For two nights. Standard room. Well, what can I say? Bed and pillows are comfortable, the sauna is modern, sleep quietly even with open window (street is not central), slippers, coat. Candey is not boring. Clean. But here's the closet - neither embedded nor normal - in the room. Hey-God! Only the hanger at the entrance and three shoulders on it roll. Everything (see appended photo). Here we did not expect ... (We then explained that the building was originally built not under the hotel, that before that here the luxury-priton was with ”massage offices,” and then the authorities closed it and forced to reprofile. ) There is a parking your own protected, under the slagbaum. Free, by the way. The weak place they have is breakfast, of course. All the dishes that are thought to be hot (cash, sausages, eggs, omlet, etc.) in fact - how would it be elegant to express? ”cool. And it's even though underneath them all candles stand. And the point is a little. On the first day we came an hour before breakfast time, so they had cheese out. (”Everything ate,” as explained to us. ) And tea cups too (have they eaten too?). And on the second day there was totally no black tea. At the same time, it was in our room. I went up just up and brought. And I got a bag and the girls at the restaurant: If anyone else would ask? They still have no creep or kefir for breakfast. Like class. Here are the cinemas and the Germans simple. But we have organized a wonderful review of Minsk, and thank you for that, relatives! Now understand why ”four” with tension?

I often fly to different countries and live in hotels accordingly, this time this hotel was relatively clean and good. I would probably even set the rating 4-5 if there were no girls from the resepshne. I think the girls from the respiratory must be friendly, smiling, responsive, etc. , but here were naked, chumy, rude, etc. , in turn, it was not quite pleasant. It was possible to close the eyes, if not the case at the departure and the removal of the number. I asked those girls on the respiratory about the possibility of giving a room later than usual, on which I was allowed until 3:00 p.m., I went to the room at 12:30 p.m. to rest as a long flight was expected with a transplant. I am in the room and I am asleep at 3:00 and I am called from the rehab and they say I had to leave at 2:00 and that I now have to pay for half a day. I in turn tried to explain by phone that it was good until 3:00, they didn't even want to listen. It was good that I was gathered, quickly grabbed my things and went down to the respiratory, there was an endless dispute that I should pay for half a day, eventually asked to call the more chief person in the hotel, explained the whole point, 20 minutes were dealt, The finding was invented that at 14: 00 the room was in the room, allegedly I was not in the room. As a result, it was decided without pay, but for my damaged mood and anger on such incompetent workers of this hotel could not not leave a review... accordingly, I will not stop in this hotel anymore. The P.S. host of this hotel or manager needs to review the qualifications of the employees, regrettably because of such staff, the status of the hotel is affected.

Из плюсов: + Прекрасный вид на реку + Вкусные завтраки + Доступный прокат велосипедов + Вкусные коктейли в баре И все было бы прекрасно если бы не одно но, мы приехали отметить мой день рождение. Каждый год я отмечаю его в поездках во всевозможных отелях и всегда получаю хотя бы мало-мальский знак внимания, а чаще всего поздравления целый день. Для меня это не вопрос пирожного в номер, а показатель отношения отеля к клиентам. У нас был поздний выезд и когда за пару часов до выезда из отеля не было никакого поздравления, я подошла на ресепшен спросить. После моего вопроса «положено ли мне что-то в день рождение?» сотрудники стали меня убеждать что с утра в номер принесут чизкейк / игристое (тут они не договорились) и все будет супер. На мой ответ что день рождение у меня сегодня и для меня видимо сделали исключение , ничего не принеся, сказали «что они не отвечают за поздравления гостей, этим занимается кто-то другой». Поэтому в свой день рождение я не услышала даже элементарного «с днем рождения» от сотрудников отеля. Насколько же внимательно отель отнесется ко мне в следующий раз, когда у меня не будет особого дня - вопрос для меня риторический. Так же, когда с утра я подходила на ресепшен , спросила когда открывается самогон красоты , мне сказали «мы за них не отвечаем, они приходят где-то к 11-12 часам». Когда я подошла часам к 12 к салону, там шла фотосессия модели, видимо для соц сетей. На мой вопрос «могут ли они помыть и высушить мне волосы» сотрудник закатила глаза и тихо-тихо сказала администратору, что она планировала еще выпить кофе и причесаться и мне предложили прийти часа через 2-3, когда мне было уже совсем неудобно. Обычно, во всех отелях с руками и ногами готовы забрать клиента, но видимо не здесь. Ставлю 4, потому что день рождение раз в году и не для всех гостей это актуально. А расположение , завтраки , номера замечательные.

I really liked this hostel. Why? 1.Excellent location. I walked all over and easy came back here. Lovely spot by a lake and near the historic area and churches. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket just a minute walk away. 2.Good value. 3.Impeccably clean. 4.Lots of common areas including spaces for eating, preparing food (not a full kitchen, but microwave use), working, meetings, piano, etc. 5.An excellent cafe. 6.Staff that were very helpful. 7.Good wifi. 8.24 checkin. (I arrived at like 2am.) 9.My private room w shared bath/toilet was very comfortable and a good size. I have no complaints really and would stay there again.

Stop at the Bouth Hotel in June 2023. The impressions of accommodation remained only positive. Very welcoming staff, needed to extend the room until the evening, went to the meeting extended, one local truth, but we were very satisfied. We lived in a family room, clean cozy, everything worked. Cleaned well. Water, tea, coffee all report every day. The bathroom has all the necessary toothbrushes, shaving machines, hairdressers, helms, champagne, air conditioner, lavatory. The hotel is good noise insulation. The location of the hotel is just a chic practically center. We didn't wish to choose this hotel.

The hotel is nice and the room was perfectly clean on both occasions I was there. The staff was fine. The bar was small but had a nice selection of beverages. The location is nice, there are several restaurants and other places nearby. Overall, a good experience.
