We stayed here on a family trip. The plan included a barbecue, and the food was very filling and delicious. The facilities were excellent, with a pool, jacuzzi, and hot spring. However, the only thing that was disappointing was the attitude of the female staff. Whatever we asked, she didn't even look at us and just brushed us off. Since there had just been a big earthquake, we asked where the evacuation shelter was just in case, but she simply told us to look at the information book in the room. The important thing was to follow the instructions on the disaster prevention radio. It's a hotel by the sea, and it's an unmanned facility after 6pm, so it's obvious that guests would panic without knowing the route to the evacuation shelter. I think they need to explain things more clearly. Also, there seems to have been a beehive in the pool, and even when we told them that my husband had been stung, they didn't ask us if it was okay, and just sprayed us with insect repellent spray. It's such a shame, considering it's such a nice place and hotel.

It was a summer family trip, so we had a great time in the jacuzzi and private pool. Also, the BBQ dinner was very filling and satisfying. I brought paper towels and aluminum foil from home, but there was no need to do so, they were all there. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that there was no power outlet next to the bed, so I couldn't charge my smartphone in bed, and there was no place to hang out my wet swimsuit. Well, it's not a hotel, so I guess the small details can't be helped.
