Sahara Beach Aquapark Resort

Well what can i say this is our first time we have visited tunisa and we chose sahara beach we have just come back from a fantastic late deal week and we had the best time my daughter said its the best holiday we have been on. From arriving at reception on our first day to the day we left we have been made welcome by all there is food for everyone so much of it so much to choose and we couldnt fault it the snack bar on the beach is good bbq food pizza chips meat salad ice creams creps at 15.00pm-17.00pm. Aqua park is really good a little for all to do the reception staff cleaners the cooks the bar staff the sun bed men and many more they work so so hard and are so helpful. Now for the ANIMATION TEAM the guys and the girls are fantastic they made our whole holiday a speical one thanks to luka,speedy,scar and the rest of the guys you work so hard and are all amazing in your own way keep up the fantastic work everyone will love you we will see you next year have a great summer xx The archer family ( Miss sahara 2024)

We are about leave after a fantastic week. The hotel is nice, basic in some areas and the food is good for an all inclusive resort. What makes this hotel is the staff, everyone is smiling and helpful. The animation team are something else. I have never been to a hotel where they work so hard to involve everyone with regular activities for kids and adults and excellent evening entertainment. I’ve never seen so many adults willingly and happily taking part in choreographed dancing. They are all brilliant but we loved our ‘doctor’ speedy and the kids loved klay. I may even become one of those people who go back to the same resort. We felt safe as two ladies travelling with teenage daughters. Not part of the hotel but don’t get in the horse and carriages outside the hote!.

Amazing hotel. The staff all go out their way for everyone. The animation team are amazing, they are fantastic with the kids and also lots of things to do for adults. They have had us belly laughing! The food is great, the waiters so friendly and helpful. The men that put the sun beds out are amazing, ALL the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. This is our first time in Tunisia, and I was very sceptical before going, but I really do not know what I was worried about. We will be coming back next year 100%. The value for money is unbeatable! I never write reviews but felt I needed to write one for this hotel as we have truly had the BEST time!!

Arrived home on Tuesday after a week at Sahara beach and what an amazing time we had! A special mention and thank you to the following people who made our time here extra special. To the spa man who was always friendly and who we booked our daughter’s hair braids with that looked so pretty. A couple of days later when some had come out he booked another appoin**ent free of charge for us to come back and have them redone. To Kamel who you can book quad biking, camel riding and pirate boat with. We booked the quad biking. What an experience for the family including our 4 children aged 13, 11, 9 and 8. Also very friendly with a smile on his face and who we spoke with most days. To Mr. Horse Man who always had a smile on his face and kept the children entertained daily, who we booked horse riding with. A lovely sunset ride for 2 of my children that I would recommend to anyone. To our waiters and waitress who couldn’t do enough for us. Very welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. To the photographers who took the most amazingly beautiful photos of my family. We ended up buying the whole lot as we just couldn’t pick between them all. The animation team work tirelessly every day always trying to keep everyone entertained each day and working on their evening performances. The guys who bring out the sun beds every day. You could always get one any time of the day just by asking and they would bring some over to you, so for us there really was no need to get up early to put towels on them to reserve as a lot of people did. To Maissa on reception who sorted out for our rooms to be interconnected, who advised us on how to go about getting a birthday cake for my husband. And last but certainly not least to Noureddine and Khaled from Treasure Trove Jewellery. We bought the most beautiful pieces of jewellery from here made to order. The guys were so so lovely and always had time to talk with us each day and ran around with my daughter playing tag. On one occasion after coming back from an empty cash point at the garage, Noureddine offered to walk with my husband to the next nearest place which he said was around 1.5km. They engaged in some very interesting conversation and my husband could tell that he was well liked in the area, which is not very surprising. We also learnt that he helps out an SOS charity so please if you have any unwanted clothes or some you can’t take back this is the place to take them. This is rated a 3 star hotel but should be a 4 at minimum. Thank you Sahara beach! We will be back :)

I came here with my friend for two weeks, and it was mostly enjoyable. There are plenty of sunbeds available every day and hotel staff will bring one to you if you cannot find one. There are a few options for where to eat everyday, however we found the food to be sub par at best- we did also find raw meat being served at the buffet on more than one occasion so ended up eating mostly vegetables and potatoes the whole holiday. The restaurant staff were very attentive and I cannot fault them, we were always greeted with a smile and offered drinks as soon as we sat down. There is entertainment every evening inside and occasionally outside, this was enjoyable! Some of the bar staff however were often visibly uninterested or irritated and did not seem to care about the drinks they were giving you. We often ordered the same cocktail multiple times in one evening and were given an entirely different drink on each occasion. There are sellers on the beach who are not affiliated with the hotel who are incredibly pushy and unavoidable. They will pace along the shore of the swimming area and stop you as you try to enter the sea, on one occasion one grabbed my hand and refused to let me go despite me asking him over and over again to release me! Our room was okay, we had a twin room but the beds were so pushed together they may as well have been a double. The shower flooded the bathroom every time it was turned on and there was no air conditioning. A fridge and a safe are not included and you have to pay extra. Overall the hotel was very beautiful and I would consider returning, I would only wish for the food to massively improve.

This is a really family oriented hotel with lots to do. The staff are all so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The animation staff are hilarious and love to get you involved. The restaurant is large and one you arrive you are allocated a table and that’s your table for the duration of your stay.. which is great no searching for where to sit each night. There’s plenty of shops onsite. ( we didn’t venture offsite) a water park with slides for all ages and you can do jet skiing/banana boat, paragliding on the beach(for a reasonable extra charge) The beach bar does a late breakfast if you fancy a lie in and the beach is lovely and soft sand and the sea is warm.

Great reps! Lovely hotel, rooms and food :) Definitely family friendly 😍 Loads of activities throughout the day, and evening :) Beautiful beach with plenty of sun loungers for everyone 🌞 Loved both the white party and the pool foam party 🥳

Amazing hotel! This hotel deserve more better than 3 stars. The animation team are very fun, so kind, they always prepare activities. For the food, a lot of propositions and very good. Room are very clean, cleaner are excellent. The was receive in this hotel like prince. I recommend definitely !!!

It is our second time in Tunisia but first in monastir skanes.We are a family of 5.three children and 2 adults .The hotel is fantastic.lot of pools to cater to everyone's needs.plenty of food.we bad interconnected rooms.no towel so please bring your own.transport to monastir or sousse with public bus just for a dinar.Thhe animation team works tirelessly to keep everyone happy.plenty of activities.we especially loved the Tunisian night.shout out to Aladin,speedy and the entire animation team.Fatih at the restaurant was excellent in the dinner area.over all an excellent hotel.we will surely be back.
