But ➖️ the electricity which passes to the shower water; never seen or heard ➖️ I experienced it personally. You need to pay more attention ⚠️ to your guests and check your rooms before giving the key..."

"Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. Right from the reception (where the staff were all smiles), the service was exceptional and the team was always ready to help. The entertainment team was awesome (Salim, Amino, DJ Joseph), cleanliness was good, and while the food selection wasn't huge, there were always tasty options to be found. The pool bar, the serving staff, and the snacks were excellent. A pleasant surprise for Tunisia. However, there were a few issues; the most annoying was the lack of salt and napkins at the tables (I didn't understand why). The beach area could also be improved (the bar was under construction, and there was seaweed on the sand). Overall, though, the hotel is superb and the staff are fantastic! Enjoy a wonderful stay!!!"

"We had an amazing stay at Dar Benti. I cannot praise the hotel and staff enough. The hotel was immaculate and so tastefully decorated, you can see it is the owners pride and joy. Aziz and the team were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and lots of it. With lots of home made goodies. Bedrooms and bathrooms were of a great size with everything needed. It is right in the Médina and is an absolute gem."

"I recently spent a wonderful vacation with my friends at this hotel. While the hotel has seen better days, the rooms, though simple and old-fashioned, are clean and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the variety of food offered is impressive. The pool is clean and refreshing, and there's a beach right in front of the hotel. The section reserved for hotel guests is clean and equipped with beds, but the rest of the beach, mostly occupied by locals, isn't as well-maintained. However, if you stick to the guest area, you'll have a great time. The entertainment staff truly make a difference. Every day, there's a rich program for both kids and adults. You can start your day with yoga, a game of darts, or pétanque, and continue with activities like water polo, pool gym, or dance lessons. Every evening, there's a fantastic show, ranging from discos and quizzes to an amazing Fakir and fire show."

"Absolutely shocking same things everyday for food,nothing for the kids,asked for some chips and reply was no potatoes....we had to make a fuss to be heard,as the kids were living on boiled pasta,told on arrival rooms werent ready or allocated and to get changed in a rokm with several familes...when asked how? Reply was well you got towel? Complained and shown to dirty room someone had just left ..one of adults cut feet there,kids cut there feet several times a day told lifeguards theyre response was its ok?!...i found a rusty screw in bottom of kids pool,no cups or glasses several times,plates and cutlery were dirty and still had food on when out out,plates etc smashed on floor just shoved to side with staff foot. No sugar free pop so if your diabetic that would be a huge issue! I had no toilet seat in my bathroom,shower head needed replacing,phone in room had no wire and wasnt even connected to wall-so was just for show?door fobs kept not working had to do several trips to reception,and if you wanted money out you had to go over two busy roads to small airport to get money out,then tip security for letting you in,water is yellow,and one of other rooms a family stayed in her balcony door didnt lock anyone could just walk in at night! Day 2 i had to stay in room with my 4 year old as he was ill with a tummy bug! Spent most of my money in small shop buying snacks for kids,i lived on pasta and rice and the same meatballs everyday...this hotel should be taken off ...or reslisted as a 1 star I will say though most of entertainment staff were great!!"

"Where do i start, Went there at the end of may, its the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. Was no air con until the 15th of June in 38 degree heat, the bar staff hate serving drinks and complain of how much u order, me and my partner had our towels and sun beds stolen while we was in the pool and we reported it and they said they have been coming here awhile so we don't want to upset them, god knows what they will let them get away with, food wasn't very nice, was cold and tasteless."

When in Tunisia don’t expect English food 😂 Only downside was Baba. Nothing to do with the hotel, but very pushy into making you book a trip. We never did, and glad we didn’t as feed back not good. Apart from him, would definitely go again. Thanks Eden Club for a great stay."
