I stayed in this hotel for quite some nights due to a business trip to Moscow and this hotel was booked for me by a colleague. Eventhough all team members are very polite, the limitation in English makes it sometimes hard to communicate and I had to go down to reception and concierge several times in order to explain what I needed. The rooms are in dire need of a renovation. The bathrooms feel old and the shower curtains deserve a change - the Elemis branded bathroom amenities were the nicest touch in the bathrooms though. Housekeeping service was rather sloppy and everyday something was sadly forgotten to be exchanged or replaced so I had to call reception, but since they did not understand English over the phone I had to go down in person and explain, that I needed new shampoo or water, as that hasn't been refilled in 2 days. Breakfast had a good selection, but service was poor and it took 20 minutes one morning for my eggs benedict to arrive. (Perhaps they forgot, but I had already finished breakfast at that time). The views from the breakfast room directly onto the Kremlin were lovely and the piano player on Sunday was also a nice touch. The location of the hotel is the best - it is very central to Kremlin and Red Square, as well as the underground mall - all can be reached in very few minutes. We required a couple of taxi rides and the concierge booked them for us - sadly we waited many times for more than 20 minutes in the reception (as per the Concierge the car would be there in 5 minutes) and each day it was another reason why the cars were late (one day the car was broken, another day the car went the wrong route, etc), which would be understandable in a bustling city like Moscow, but we had to go to the Concierge several times and check on updates of the transfers which was rather annoying. During my next visit in Moscow I would not return to this hotel, as I believe there are far better options.

Boutique Hotel Ambassadori Moscow

Moscow|0.65km from City Estate of Khrushhevy-Seleznevy
We wish everyone to spend at least a few days in this hotel! Here there is nothing to be squeezed (except for the absence of a couler on the floors), the interior is elegant, no scratched furniture, abundance of mirrors that are squeezed to the gloss, no divorce and dust, the cleanest carpet on the floors. The rooms have a new plumbing, cleaner towels and boiling white bed linen. The refrigerator is small, full of mini bar drinks, there is a safe. Socks, coats, umbrellas, tooth and shaving sets, a pad - everything you might need. On the -1 floor of the hotel a great swimming pool and a Finnish sauna, visiting which is included in the cost of accommodation. We did not refuse to enjoy, swimming and warm in the sauna. Excellent! Breakfast serves in one of the halls of the Tiflis yard from 7 to 11, the choice is very worthy - there are cashes, cheese, teffels, pasta, sausages, eggs, salads, vegetables, fruits, assortments of cheeses and meat cut. A coffee machine with flavoured cappuccino, mocachino, latte, amaretto and so on, and a coffee can have several kinds of flavoured cruissants with a freshening. It is very convenient when you can have a delicious breakfast right in the hotel, in the Ambassadori it is definitely possible. When settled, a deposit of 5000 rubles is taken for each number, which will be returned when evacuated without claims. Staff is friendly, polite. We liked everything very much! Recommended clearly!

Arbat 6 Boutique Hotel

Moscow|0.82km from City Estate of Khrushhevy-Seleznevy
Arbat 6 boutique hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the front staff were welcoming and helpful. As international travelers new to Russia and struggling with the language, Arbat eased our transition. The general manager, Vlad, literally went above and beyond for us; he cared that we not only enjoy our stay in the hotel, but that we also truly soak up the country. He even helped us in our ”crisis moment” by making sure we got the tickets to the ballet we had our hearts set on (after experiencing issues with online purchasing because our credit cards were setting off international alerts and wouldn't allow us to buy, he walked to the bank to put money on his (maybe personal) card so that we could give him the rubles and he could buy for us). This is exceptional service, and he continued to give us helpful tips and recommendations during our stay. The hotel room itself was comfortable (cozy bed, good sheets, fluffy pillows, good views out the window, good shower pressure and even had a relaxing bath). The location was unbeatable. Walking distance to so many restaurants and bars and gift shops in such a fun part of town- during the evenings we were close to street performers and daytime we were close to rentable scooters. Forget the name of the bar, but our favorite bar was just downstairs. Kireal (sp?) was our unforgettable bartender who was enjoyable to talk with and made sure we drank the most delicious beers. Highly recommend staying at Arbat 6 for the totality of what it has to offer.

Bagration

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, but the navigation is still very accurate and can be found very smoothly. It is also relatively quiet~ not too far from the Red Square, about half an hour walk ~ a little distance from the subway station. Breakfast is more abundant, self-service form; basic facilities are available, the front desk will speak English. PS: It is the black car that the hotel wants to scream. Although you can't blame the hotel, you have to wake up to everyone. If you need to call the car, it is best to prepare the change~ We went to the train station that morning, the hotel uncle helped to call the car, three More than a hundred people can only choose more than 600 orders. As a result, we don't have so much change. One thousand goes out. The black car driver means that he has no change and is eager to leave. It means no parking~ ask the roadside When people change for a change, the driver looks at the driver and says that there is no change~

Very good location, close to Alba Commercial Street, about 700 meters from Smolensk subway station. It will be a bit hard to start looking for the location of the hotel. The location is opposite a hospital and the backyard of the Russian Federal Reserve Bank. The front desk will be English, there is no difficulty in communicating, the attitude is very good, the little girl is also very polite and beautiful. Very suitable for young travelers

Winterfell on Kropotkinskaya

It was in this mini hotel accidental booking was at Winterfell in Bauman, but at the last moment we were informed that our rooms were occupied and sent here. The location is certainly excellent. In the center. opposite the monument to Peter 1. There is a place to walk. But really along the embankment to eat budget nowhere. Of the pluses probably everything. Of the downsides-just a terrible entrance. Horrible scratched walls and stairs that are here to disperse. Inside everything is so small and close. In the mini kitchen, 4 people do not turn around. If 2 people sit at tables, the rest to get around them need to be able to avoid hurting. In the morning at all the tightness. You can only come to the refrigerator if there is free and no one is sitting at the table. It is not possible to roast. Yes and to cook there is simply inconvenient - you will disturb everyone around. The shower rooms are very small and why that is straight filled everything. Clear only in the morning, after cleaning. After 2-3 the hour is already dirty again. A narrow corridor like the labyrinth of the Minotaur. You weren't there wrapped up and you were in a dead end. At the end I didn't like it. Although the hotel in this network had already stopped and the small rooms were ready, but here everything is at the minimum.
