At the same time, during the booking, I thought about choosing a Premium category room, but they answered me in a letter that Premium rooms are just connection rooms, because of this, my choice fell on the standard room category. Imagine my surprise when I saw in our room a door to the next room. 2. Selling a room with a view of the technical room on the roof as a room with a view of the park is disgusting (see the view from the window in the photo). I wanted to go swear and change my number, but my son talked me out of it. 3. Ordered a plate of fruit to be delivered to the room. A good variety of fruits, but some of the fruits were already weathered, even though the plate was covered. Apparently, it was prepared much in advance, although I wrote that we would arrive no earlier than 20.00. 4. On Saturday at about 6 am I woke up from loud conversations and laughter from neighbors upstairs. Although I’m usually not a light sleeper :) At first I even thought it was in the next room. Then they turned on the music speaker and by 11 am I could no longer stand it and complained to the reception, after which it became quiet. It’s not clear whether the neighbors upstairs were really noisy, or whether the hotel has poor sound insulation. I didn’t want to disturb people’s rest, but it felt like there was music playing in our room. After that, I told my son to turn on the speaker very quietly, in case we disturb the neighbors too ;) 5. It is not clear why a deposit is needed for the minibar if the card number is indicated when booking and can then be automatically debited from it in case of non-payment.
