We came for the weekend to change the scenery and take a walk in the surrounding area; we often practice this type of vacation. First, I’ll write about the advantages: 1. Nice, modern rooms, equipped with everything you need. My son was pleased with the Alice speaker in the room :) 2. Delicious and varied breakfasts. 3. Helpful staff. 4. Nice pool and hammam in World Class, special thanks to the swimming coach Pavel (but this has nothing to do with the hotel). And now about the downsides: 1. Upon check-in, we were placed in a connecting room with the next door, it’s not clear why. At the same time, during the booking, I thought about choosing a Premium category room, but they answered me in a letter that Premium rooms are just connection rooms, because of this, my choice fell on the standard room category. Imagine my surprise when I saw in our room a door to the next room. 2. Selling a room with a view of the technical room on the roof as a room with a view of the park is disgusting (see the view from the window in the photo). I wanted to go swear and change my number, but my son talked me out of it. 3. Ordered a plate of fruit to be delivered to the room. A good variety of fruits, but some of the fruits were already weathered, even though the plate was covered. Apparently, it was prepared much in advance, although I wrote that we would arrive no earlier than 20.00. 4. On Saturday at about 6 am I woke up from loud conversations and laughter from neighbors upstairs. Although I’m usually not a light sleeper :) At first I even thought it was in the next room. Then they turned on the music speaker and by 11 am I could no longer stand it and complained to the reception, after which it became quiet. It’s not clear whether the neighbors upstairs were really noisy, or whether the hotel has poor sound insulation. I didn’t want to disturb people’s rest, but it felt like there was music playing in our room. After that, I told my son to turn on the speaker very quietly, in case we disturb the neighbors too ;) 5. It is not clear why a deposit is needed for the minibar if the card number is indicated when booking and can then be automatically debited from it in case of non-payment.

Лучшие постельные принадлежности, матрасы и подушки. Идеально чисто. Номера совершенно новые. В номерах есть колонка Алиса. Идеальное обслуживание клиентов. Спасибо Павлу за помощь в решении любых вопросов. Персонал на высшем уровне.

Отель оставляет двойственное впечатление. Локация не самая удобная. Прохода с Ленинского проспекта нет, путь преграждвет офисное здание с закрытой территорией. Приходится обходить. Заселение-выселение очень медленное при любезном персонале. Номера современные, все необходимое есть. Завтрак обычный, в Киевском и Олимпийском отелях этой сети лучше. Апргрейд номера с видом на парк не дают, несмотря на полупустой отель (отношение к участникам программы лояльности). Фитнес зона принадлежит другому юридичечеому лицу и для посещения spa необходимо заполнять анкету, хотя необходимые сведения при заселении отель получает. Такой подход снижает вероятность вашего посещерия СПА , видимо это и яаляется целью отеля. Цена на проживание явно завышена. На момент моего проживания она была сопоставима с отелем Рэдиссон на Киевской и в 1.5 раза превышала отель на Олимпийском проспекте. Вывод: отель не плохой, но явно завышена цена и неудачная локация. Для аэропорта Внуково больше подходит Hilton.

Очень хороший отель, в котором соблюдаются высокие стандарты сети. Качественное постельное белье, чистые и уютные номера, максимально вежливый персонал, помогающий буквально во всём. Хороший тренажерный зал. Отличный завтрак с большим выбором блюд.
