Don’t recommend this hotel . our company booked this hotels for partners from UAE. Hotel didn’t let them go inside without any reason and they have booking in advance photo attached ,Reception lady Inna was very rude and un polite and she was shouting at us to leave the hotel .

I used to love the hotel, and always stayed there when in Moscow.
But this time around one of the staff was incredibly rude, and so I even left the hotel when it was paid and stayed elsewhere.
But it's only one person (a receptionist named Alina). Otherwise, the hotel is nice

Ужасные завтраки, нет кофе, геля для душа, фото санузла и завтрака не соответствуют описанию. Далеко идти до метро. Живём здесь до 11 марта и очень пожалели, что забронировали здесь номер. Просили кофе на завтрак сваренный или из кофемашины зерновой, но нам отказали и ответили, что пейте растворимый. На завтрак печень, хлеб вот и весь выбор, которого по факту нет. Когда сказали об этом на завтраке и попросили, чтобы завтрак соответствовал заявленным фото и описанию ответили, что ничего менять не будут.

Ужасно запущенная гостиница, из трех работает только один лифт, старые грязные полы, ковролин в застерелых пятнах, плохо работает сантехника, вода в душе не уходит, в номере 810 очень холодно, дует из окон. На наши претензии работник ресепшена выпучила глаза, обвинив нас во лжи, хотя пришедший к нам их рабочий, пытавшийся скотчем залепить щели в рамах, подтвердил всего 16 градусов в номере. Впервые встречаемся с таким отвратительным сервисом! Писала отзыв на их сайте, удалили, конечно, там только сказочные слова благодарности опубликованы.

Гостиница внутри и внешне соответствует 3 звездам, но чего стоит отношение администраторов. Заселились поздно, предупредив-стояла вода и чайник, в номере чая нет, приехали холодные и голодные-попросили в номер чайный пакетик-нам сказали «магазин через дорогу»🤦🏻♀️ На следующий день уже не было и бутылки воды, вернулась в гостиницу в 23.00, позвонила на ресепшен-мне ответили «вода только в первый день, кипятите воду», я спросила как мне ее пить, если нет чая-администратор Оксана пошла куда-то узнавать про это.Перезвонила-“ничем помочь не могу».🤦🏻♀️ На завтрак хлеб 3-х дневной давности, подписи у еды нет, на мой вопрос «какое мясо»-официантка недовольно ответила «говядина» 🤦🏻♀️ Может просто делать таблички как везде? Любой вопрос в этой гостинице вызывает кучу недовольства на лице, 4200 в сутки👍🏻за испорченное настроение, к счастью, завтра выезжаю 👍🏻
