This hotel needs to imply new policies for guests who think it's okay to be extremely noisy the entire night. I couldn't sleep at all with the constant noise coming from the third floor above my room. It sounded so loud and even after calling the front desk and complaining of the noise, nothing was done. The tv in my room never worked at all. The cable box was unplugged and reset and the tv still said "no signal". The front desk was no help for either of these issues. Also, the next morning while taking a shower, the fire alarm went off and it was super inconvenient to have to rush to finish my shower for no reason. The elevator definitely needs to be updated because it seems like it's on its last leg and will break down at any given moment. For the price of the rooms, you would think you would be getting something worth your money. This hotel definitely needs to work on several areas before they charge the price they do. Terrible visit and even after letting the staff know of these issues I encountered, nothing was done to rectify the situation.
