So kommt keine Privatsphäre zustande.

Munich|2.98km from Seelöwe Springbrunnen
We are here now. Reserved 2 rooms to accommodate 4 people, one for 3 adults, the other for 1 adult. They brought us a roll away bed for the 3rd adult and when I asked the front desk, they said they had no rooms to accommodate 3 adults with 3 proper beds. (Then why offer it as an option?). We were offered to move to a larger room, for the larger price, but would still only get the roll away bed for the 3rd adult. Accommodations…..incredibly dissatisfied. Especially for a 5 star hotel. We were ignored, not exaggerating, when we pulled up with our vehicle. While trying to parallel park to unload, 2 employees stood joking around. A colleague stopped what he was doing, interrupted them, and all but got in their face to tell them to help us! At this point I was pissed! And mind you, i was outside of the car and they had no idea i was with the car……so i was witness to it all. They were kissing the feet of the others (who were not wearing sweat pants) and legitimately IGNORED us. I was PISSED. Not because I’m stuck on myself, but because it’s so true. If you don’t LOOK a certain way, especially at this 5 star hotel, YOU WILL BE IGNORED. Don’t hate on me for my honest review. Just know that if TRUE luxury is what you’re seeking, no matter what you look like or what you drive, you may have better luck down the road. It’s not here. Best of luck and let’s hope I’m one of the few who has had to experience this.

On the first night at 03:30AM, the fire alarm in all rooms went off (my watch registered 110dB sound). This is the first time I see that fire alarm is inside the room rather than outside. My wife and I jumped out of the bed, took just basic belongings (passports, wallets) and rushed down the floor together with a bunch of other guests that were also in panic. When we went down to the reception, there was a guy working who barely spoke any English, and we waited for about 10 minutes until the alarm stopped. I asked the receptions to explain what happened, and he didn't explain anything, talked something in German and from other guests I heard that it was a fake alarm and that we can go back to our rooms. We went back to the room and just as we calmed down and falling back to sleep the alarm ringed for a second again. Frustrated, but we somehow went to sleep and wanted to talk in the morning with the hotel receptionists what happened. In the morning, another receptionist told us that there were some drunk people who intentionally broke the alarm in their rooms. OK, that is something that you cannot anticipate - but I asked will they be kicked out of the hotel and what they are doing to prevent it happening again that night? She didn't know what to answer, something along the lines ”we will see, blah blah”. We were away the whole day and when we went back later that night, there was another receptionist, and we asked him what has been done about the situation, and he didn't even know that it happened!

Leonardo Boutique Hotel Munich

First, this hotel is not a Marriott, Hilton or Hyatt. It is a ”boutique” hotel that has great rooms, great bedding, nice finishes, and easy in / out. It is about a 8 minute walk from the city center. It is also close to a number of tech companies within 5 minutes walk. Loved this hotel and the daily service and look forward to staying again!

Fantastic service already from the booking process, where due to some extra request the director herself took a very good care and went the extra mile! This is not seen these days anymore. Very friendly and well trained staff, lovely new rooms with all you need in it, big TV, personalized welcome with a stylish gift, pleasant rain shower and also great bar and breakfast! All this for very afordable price, I surely recommend this hotel to everybody! THANK YOU

Arriving at 9am after our long haul flight from Australia it was excellent to be able to access our room straight away. Our family of 5 booked 2 rooms for a 3 night stay. Located in a quite part of Munich it was an easy 5 minute walk to public transport into town. Room, spa and breakfast were as expected. Overall was a good stay.

My wife & I stayed one week at the Munich Rooms hotel while visiting family in Munich. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and well-equipped for a longer stay. The cleaning service was efficient and the beverage service was convenient and plentiful. I found the location convenient, nearby to major intersections and transit service, and to a supermarket, coffee shops, and pharmacies. I would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you!

The hotel used for transit return, selected after the location, is very close to the subway station, there are Chinese restaurants, tea shop and Shanghai supermarket nearby. It is very friendly for those who want to eat Chinese food. There is also a supermarket in the subway station. It is very convenient for pharmacies and coffee shops. The subway to the central scenic spot is only about three stops. Looking for the address of the hotel should pay attention to the door control. Press the button of the hotel name to open the door. After entering the second floor, you can check in on the left side. If there is no receptionist, you can get the key by telephone.
