Me my parents and 2 kids checked in on 31st oct 2022 , we were supposed to stay for 3 days, we had our own car and drove 160 kms after being in to wildlife Safari. 1. quality of room extremely poor broken marble table top,torn bed sheet and head board 2. food drinks from outside not allowed mentioned on the reception counter as policy, the food of hotel is also poor so what i cannot get food from outside?& forced to eat inside, i am the person who need to have little alcohol at night so what i cannot get it from outside? unfortunately this point was not raised to me while booking or else i would have never come here because even i am a hotelier and in every hotel you can get food from outside and alcohol from outside in your room that's ok if you don't help me with cover set up i can help myself with disposables. 3.we were allocated room number 404 and 405 , it was not even an hour i spend inside the room i came out to go to another room just for a minute and when again tried getting inside room card was not working, however housekeeping helped me out, i requested if someone can get my room key reconfigured they replied " you only have to go to the reception and get it done". i was exhausted after a long drive, hungry and this is the answer i get from the staff. later when i went to the reception to reconfigure the keys the system was down and i was told to ask house keeping to allow me access with the master key , are you serious? it's my room i have paid for it and i am totally dependent on others for access and need to stand their for the keys with a 5 yrs old and 10 month old kids and old parents. This is really very very disturbing. 4. my kids were crying to calm them down i was trying to switch on tv in 404 but the set top box was not working. 5. i went to 405 and put on tv majority of the channels were not their on enquiring the person who was fixing the set top box replied that channel subscription must have not been renewed, so who is supposed to do that? there was no cartoon channel for my kids and amazingly i missed my world cup match. why you have placed the tv in room if you don't want your guest to see it? or what are you charging me for this shabby experience? My vacation was already ruined , i dint wanted to make it more worst so i went on the reception and had to ask them for my check for the consecutive day which is 1st november 2022.
