They booked two four-person rooms in two hotels. However, they were unable to arrange isolation rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. As a result, the electronic lock on the first floor was broken. It took a lot of time to go back and forth before finally arranging for us to change rooms. If the room you change is in another building
The room is tidy and the bathroom is very big and clean

The location was great with a fantastic view. The breakfast was pretty good (could have used a few more protein options). The room looked good when you walked in, but you could see that it was in need of a lot of TLC. The doors and trim were very beat up. The shower was really nice, but the shower head was not held in place and had over 4 inches of travel in and out of the wall. Made me worry the pip would break while adjusting the shower head.
They were doing some maintenance in other rooms so I am hopeful they are doing the small updates and repairs to keep it beautiful.

Beautiful and clean room with an amazing ocean front view and clean beach right outside the sliding glass door. We will definitely stay here on our future visits. Would recommend to anyone!

2nd time there. Will stay again. They are working on making it even more nice. Had the room next to the only available walkway to the beach where people would stomp their feet to get the sand off their shoes. Woke us up a couple of times. Our door was secure however badly out of alignment, but I see new doors are getting ready to go on so that will probably get fixed. Overall a great stay. Bed is very comfy. Plenty of pillows. Steps to the ocean.
