很少評論，但這次入住的民宿周邊環境實在太差，且無管理，感覺是很不安全。民宿位於一個感覺是接近爛尾的樓盤，無物業，無管理，四處都是裝修垃圾，體驗感十分差。價格再低也建議不要選擇。特別是女生。各位一定要三思。

第一次找不到位置。定房後有指引，很方便就到達房間。第一次體驗沒有前台，但微信回覆很快，停車場直達住的樓層。感覺新穎，房間很不錯，小孩子也很喜歡，很有設計的感覺，早上看到太陽出來，玻璃外面是海，很喜歡，下次有機會住其他房間感受一下

不輕易給差評 ，給了差評的都是特別差的，300多一晚的房間，晚上窗户牆都不嚴實的，把門和窗户都已經關上了，裏面的人還是呼呼的吹進來 特別冷，第二點：水龍頭的水 出來時臟的，而且洗澡的水 特別特別特別超級無敵小，也是第一次洗漱用品放在窗户邊，還要出去外面拿。第三：馬桶是壞的馬桶是壞的，體驗超級差 不推薦來

首先，不可否認房間是可以看到大海跟日出的，房間有投影也很棒，提供的一次性毛巾也很好。
但是不能就此忽視它在工地裏，如果你想擁有一個八點準時被吵醒的服務，就訂這裏準沒錯，整個工程是沒有完工，還有大型的吊機在工作，我們就這樣進去真的沒問題嗎，上去的時候還看到有師傅在其他房間刷漆，味道那叫一個大。進去的位置，樓道都在施工，房間廁所是沒有門把手的，有一個洞，開門全靠扣，廁所裏面沒有任何一個置物架，我的漱口杯都不知道應該往哪裡放。

在一個住宅樓裏。周邊基本就是個大工地。沒有毛巾。馬桶聲音超大。窗户隔音很差，風大的時候完全沒法睡覺。玻璃灰塵很多。整體差評。

整棟樓目前衹有這一層住人，其他都還是待裝修狀態，大半夜過來着實有點瘮得慌。到了樓上，整層統一新裝修，風格有格調，適合拍照很出片，但是裝修質量一般不能細看。晚上枕着海浪入睡，聲音很響。大的落地窗户看風景很好，但是房間能打開的窗户很少，通風效果一般。早上下樓就能看到海上日出。投影儀有問題沒法看。
