很完美的海景房，床鋪廁所衞生都可以，房間很大。就在遊客中心車站旁邊，要坐車或者找吃的都很方便，出門就是沙灘。
美中不足的是空調不知道為啥，晚上會自動停止製冷，看過也沒有設睡眠模式。反正關掉重新開就好了，也不是什麼大問題。
有提供洗漱用品，有衣架和晾衣架。大屏投影，看的是網絡app不是電視，反正自己可以選電影，他們部分買了會員基本想看的都能看

房間挺大的，面朝大海的海景房，還不錯，適合4～6人組團出來玩的時候住，可以一起打麻將，衹是希望下次打掃衞生的時候可以提前説一下，不然人在裏面睡覺，突然進來個阿姨打掃衞生真的很嚇人

客廳和一個卧室可以看到海景，傍晚可以看到日落，風景好，下樓過個馬路就是海灘。周邊吃飯的地方比較多，也有便利店，比較方便。去的時候，遊客中心剛好在基建，所以停車沒有收費。
不足之處就是房間的設施有點老舊，廁所有異味且有漏水。其中一個廁所燈和排氣扇打不開，不過後來也安排師傅維修解決了。房間衞生打掃一般，地板沒有打掃乾淨。

海景房確實很吸引，很出片，外面就是海景，很治癒，
位置：公寓在世紀大廈13樓，位置超級得好，遊客中心站，對面馬路就是沙灘，好好好方便，酒店後面就是後宅，就是出大廈向左走一段路，在左手邊，然後看到一條路都是吃的！出大廈對面就有公交站，可以等公交，可以坐161k，去想去的景點，
衞生的話……一般，地板開裂了，小心嗑到腳，桌上還有點沙在沒清潔，隔音很差，衞生間的排氣扇，感覺是通的，時不時的很臭，不知道是門外的人吸煙，從門縫進來，還是什麼的！
這個價錢自己權衡利弊吧！

非常大氣的房間，前台人很好，住在這裏吃飯出遊都很方便，坐公交車衹需下樓步行兩分鐘即可，面前就是沙灘～

位置：出行方便，臨近遊客中心，下樓就是環島公交和到汕頭火車站公交，過馬路就是沙灘，周邊吃飯買特產都非常方便
