首先，我們是一家三口出遊，定的豪華雙人間。在衣櫃裏拿了一個枕頭，有異味，就給前台打電話，換個枕頭，前台各種推脱，甚至直接把電話掛了。
孩子泡了温泉去衞生間沖涼，發現地漏堵了，把噴頭伸馬桶區勉強洗完，給前台打電話，前台説給我們換房間，並讓我們自己下去拿房卡，然後再自己把房卡拿下去，請問你們沒有工作人員嗎？
再次，新換的房間沒有洗漱用品，這個倒還是拿得挺快，第二天早上8點半去吃早餐，什麼東西都沒有了，雞蛋沒有，蒸餃沒有，菜沒有，總之……
這個酒店除了空氣好，清凈之外，沒有任何好評！！！

估計是光霧山的配套酒店，以團體客户為主，外觀外面看上去不錯，但從兩個成年人並排寬度的電梯開始就體現了它外強中乾的本質。靠山蚊子有一兩衹能理解，但是六七八衹就不能理解了。時間久毛巾個別有點黃能理解，但是七條毛巾都有點黃確實不能理解含鋪地那個。床下面因為是打掃死角有點灰能理解，但是居然還有上一次的一次性拖鞋，確實不能理解。外部靠近高速公路隔音不能全部擋住能理解，可是內部電梯的電機和啟動聲音大的根本擋不住。可以吃老本，但是容易坐吃山空。

講真的，這個酒店服務是真的很好，我一開始脾氣很不友好，和前台小姐姐發生了點口角 但是態度還是非常的好，後面反思一下，真誠的道個歉，房間確實很大，性價比真的非常高，阿姨收拾衞生也不錯，真心推薦，我一般不評論，但確實不錯。這家酒店直接幹，住了像賺一百萬。

房間寬敞乾淨，還送温泉票，還是很值，就是外面的小湯池衹開放了3個，想去泡都沒位置了，衹能在室內。離高速路口很近，便捷
