The location wasn’t exactly idea nor the appearance as you approach but once you enter the hotel it’s quite nice. Once you scan your hotel key in the elevator, it automatically knows which floor to take you. The corridor smells like the hotel has history which I liked. The actual room was more impressive than expected except I could not get my balcony door to open. I did appreciate the fruit tray and pot of tea once I got to my room.

Poor service: There was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door when I went out, and the cleaning staff even entered the room without permission. The front desk replied that the sign had fallen off, I was really speechless.
Poor environment: There is a musty smell in the corridor in the room.
