It was ok. Rooms and bed a bit old and used and one can see it. Overall clean, but just used.

入住當晚已經是21點了，告訴前台需要一間安靜一點的位置，前台女士連眼皮都沒有台，告知這就是安靜的位置，進入房間窗户下面是開放式餐廳，22:10餐廳開始收桌子一頓操作猛如虎！接下來就是費客房服務大爺的開始：兩人間衹有一雙拖鞋打電話讓送一雙；準備洗澡發現衹有一套毛巾再打電話讓送一套浴巾；洗澡準備就寢發現衹有一套枕頭接着打電話讓送一套過來；半小時內客房大爺來了3次！結果第二天客房打掃完，毛巾還是衹有一套，我花了雙人房的價錢為什麼不值得擁有雙人份的浴巾？南京人民大會堂的配套設施為什麼這麼拉垮？

通過攜程預訂這麼多年來從沒有過的體驗：朝外的窗户關不嚴，牆壁破舊不堪，淋浴房門關不了，開關插座鬆垮，早餐品種少而且好多是冷的，服務員要麼看手機要麼説笑，除了酒店地點位置不錯外，沒有任何值得誇獎的地方。

原以為這個房價是因為房間小，沒想到：房間舊破，電視還衹有模擬信號，數字時代了，竟然沒有數字電視信號，充電器還得掃碼收費，衣櫃窄得不能掛衣服，雙人床衹有一米五，枕頭一硬一軟，不適合雙人入住，車庫有地方臭氣熏天。大年初二，並不會從前台人員那裡聽到一聲：新年好！

這家漢府飯店地段非常好，交通十分方便，雖然是老飯店，設施在不斷改進和保養，是有文化與歷史底藴的飯店，賓至如歸仍然依舊，前台笑容對客，前台的劉傑一定要給予表揚，工作十分負責，樓層服務員衞生乾淨，房間整齊，房價也很實惠，是出行旅遊的人士最好的選擇。所以我給予5分評價。
