整個酒店歷史悠久。大堂和房間佈局古色古香，到處都有清靜雅緻的元素，環境鬧中取靜，在旅遊之餘非常適合放鬆休閑。入門的紅茶薰香非常喜歡。前台服務人員禮貌親和。唯一不足就是房間冰箱是壞的，我們要保鮮鹽水鴨，溝通後，服務人員説其他房間冰箱是好的，讓我們搬一過來還，我個人覺得我們願意搬是一回事，我們搬來自己換了，還自己把壞的那個搬走，這個應該由賓館客服人員做的事情變成我們的事情了，感覺服務意識弱，略有不妥。我們畢竟是顧客，白天走了好久的路已經很累了。
早餐豐富多樣，當地特色中西合併，選擇豐富。但是服務人員對有的1.2米以上，1.4米以下的孩子收半價，第二天又對別家有的孩子沒收早餐費，家長説1.4以上才收，對方也沒加收了，也是搞不懂為啥前天收我家費用（1.2-1.4米），收就收吧，會追着我問是哪個房間的，明明進門口就説了，結果對方弄錯了，這樣效率低打擾人用餐的心情又很尷尬。

免費升級套間，房間設施齊全，佈局合理，環境衞生整潔，早餐豐盛，賓館佈置的裝飾品也很有文化氛圍，院子很大，停車方便，也很安靜！

很不錯的酒店，如果要按一個形容詞就是寧靜從容，宛若江南閨秀，卻不斷帶給你驚喜。
入住後連着給了三個lip service，10點就辦理了入住、升級成套房，送入住水果。離開時宋小朋友禮物。

位置優越，停車方便。房間設施不新，房間不大，但好在夠用。衞生良好。早餐品種一般。飯店環境較好，門前草坪，建築後的魚池，廊亭，是早晚散步的好去處。總體上推薦。

果然是城中唯一花園酒店，前有綠地後有花園。雖然定的是特價房，在角落裡，不過配置沒差別，房間挺大的，而且恰好挨着消防樓梯。還送了歡迎水果，不過香蕉不太好吃😄。服務也很積極，入住時前面有客人，我以為要排隊，另一個前台幫我入住了，還主動詢問是否開車來，可惜沒注意名字。大堂也很漂亮，沒拍照。

先説好處，環境可以，停車方便，再説不滿意的
1.衞生真的不行，如圖，枕頭和被套上異味，有不明物體沒洗乾淨
2.衞生間的淋浴噴頭，如圖，怎麼洗澡
3.我是這麼多年第一次碰到要個礦泉水要加錢，房間裏衹有2瓶不夠，給前台打電話説需要加錢，真服了，還是4星級
