2. The sound insulation of the house is too poor. We stayed in two rooms next to the front desk. One is called Hongxi, and the name of the other one is forgotten. Fortunately, we are all family members and can communicate a little. If it is a stranger with a different schedule, it will be annoying. (This experience is the worst!!! Affects sleep quality)
3. The air conditioner and heater in Hongxi’s room do not work. It rained and cooled down at the end of the National Day. The room with heater turned on was 21-22 degrees, and the room without air conditioning can still be 24.-25 degrees. I called the front desk to check it out, but it was useless. And the room has a pointed roof structure, the upper space is large, and the heating effect should be better (poor experience!! Affecting sleep comfort. Winter is coming soon, and the air conditioner not heating is also a flaw)
4. The distance between the TV in the room and the bedside is too large, and the TV size is not enough, so it is not so comfortable to watch TV while lying down. And the network connection is always unable to connect. I asked the front desk to adjust it once, and it was the same after restarting it. The screen can't be projected. (Poor experience! 5. The retro bricks paved in the courtyard have grown moss-like moss, which is very slippery on rainy days. There are safety hazards to customers. The hotel has no treatment measures. This is a service awareness problem. It should be taken seriously. It's hard to say when the customer falls. (Reduce the good impression of staying again!)
6. The switch at the head of the bed in the room has poor contact, and the bathroom light will turn on and off by itself, affecting sleep!
