Loved the layout for the buildings outside the main hotel. Only four rooms in each building with own private entry and balcony. The room I had was very clean and spacious. All the "streets" are lined with lots of greenery and flowers. It's a small resort but quaint. Great for taking walks early morning or early evening in the streets and along footpaths. The buffet breakfast was great and the restaurant very easy to find. The restaurant and front desk (main hotel) are all walking distance. The surrounding lake is beautiful and peaceful. ☺️

Amazing and beautiful hotel, very nice surroundings inside of nature, everything is green around and the lake which is very clean, plenty space to walk around, this place is very quiet and peaceful, breakfast was very good western and chinese with good coffee, food quality is great and the service is amazing, definitely a place to come back again. The hotel provides shuttle bus to the recreational park and the entree fee is not very expensive. The room is big and clean. I will prefer to take breakfast in the upper floor to enjoy the amazing view.

酒店地理位置雖然偏，但是環境整體温馨幽靜，一點也不嘈雜，房間衞生整潔；員工服務熱情周到。植被是真多，真多，多的想在房間拍點照片都拍不了[捂臉]衹能下樓在湖畔邊上去拍，難怪評論區會説有小動物了，依山傍水的我也喜歡，別説小動物了[偷笑][偷笑]；早餐豐富可口，適合居家開車帶小朋友出行

小眾型的度假酒店，樓棟外觀不起眼，外景倒是美不勝收，放眼望去秋色盡收眼底。內部設施有年代感，房間面積夠大，衞生也不錯，關鍵一點是打球方便啊，服務沒話説，提前預約五分鐘內可以做到車接車送，值得表揚，這是我第一次過來這邊打球，球場也很棒，下次可以約上朋友一起再來

果然“眾口難調”這個詞是有道理的，剛開始衹是想去樂園玩的，後來玩的有點累就在網上訂了最近的酒店，看網評覺得一般般，實在太累了決定還是定一間房休息一下，看來這次的決定還是沒有錯的，前台小姐姐挺熱情的，辦入住時介紹了好多，房間是中規中矩的，看起來一般，裝修有點老氣，但是房間還是挺乾淨的，早餐是簡餐，但是分量是夠的，味道也很不錯（麪條推薦）；周邊的景色很美，值得拍照打卡。果然是蘿蔔青菜各有所愛啊，不説了，大家自己來體驗吧，評價果然是僅供參考（個人覺得不喜勿噴🤭）

來之前看了酒店的點評，褒貶不一，心裏還有些擔心。等我到了酒店，第一感覺接待廳不是那麼富麗堂皇，樓層有些矮，跟之前住的市區酒店不太一樣，這點是真的，但是清爽整潔還是不能不認可的。前台美女也很熱情，向我們介紹了早餐時間，遊樂園開園時間還有他們家的特色高爾夫球場，好像也沒點評上講的那樣服務不好啊，人品，人品[呲牙]進房間，空調是幫提前開啟的，面積也夠大，我住的這間還有倆小沙發，房間整體顏色比較暗沉，但不影響我喜歡呀（淡色系的原木風現在快捷連鎖酒店都是那一款，大家腦補一下價值吧）特地觀察了地板牆面啥的，都挺新的，早餐廳這邊湖景一級棒，外面風景隨手一拍就是一幅風景畫，不知道為啥點評分不高。整體感覺性價比高，值得推薦！我怎麼感覺我是一個質檢人員，哈哈哈哈哈

這家酒店的中餐非常好吃！簡單的菜也能做的很棒。特別是中餐廳的工作人員、經理工作非常敬業，對客人很有禮貌。建議江寧的朋友可以來這裏聚餐！
這家酒店的性價比很高！贈送遊樂園的門票，非常實惠。遊樂園不錯的。
這裏的環境非常優美，銀杏湖自然資源很好。
這裏的位置遠離市區，少有客人來，哪怕是週六晚上，也幾乎沒有人，因此很安靜，是小眾的度假好地方。
這裏的客房相關的服務較差，工作人員善於使用反問句，我差點不好意思麻煩他們，但是天氣實在太冷，暖氣一開始沒有效果。三個小時後。要不是有攜程幫助，我就換星級酒店住了。
這裏客人很少，因此工作人員人力不足，面對客户的，是最普通的環衞工作人員。我理解他們也不願意我們來這裏添麻煩。畢竟人家也不是培訓過怎麼做酒店客户服務的。我還問他們要了個取暖器，真是不好意思，會不會佔用了取暖器讓他們的工作人員凍到了！
這裏的硬件條件整體不錯的，別墅建造的沒毛病，裏面的樹木景觀還不錯！可以開車進去，很方便！但是設施老舊。我換了個房間，我發現兩個房間的茶几，都是擺不平的。不是個例。
前台大廳不行，農家樂既視感，衹有一個工作人員，前台大廳沒有衞生間，沒有必須的硬件，肯定達不到星級酒店的質量！
整體上，好壞各一半。做為農家樂民宿酒店很出色，攜程五星以上的星級酒店嚴重不符！

凌晨一點左右翻身感到皮膚針扎一樣劇烈刺痛，以為被針扎到，打開燈一看，床上一衹大馬蜂，天哪😦感覺打開全屋子燈查看，怎麼也不敢相信大馬蜂竟然能鑽進被窩，太離奇了！頭回遇到這事，驚嚇過後再也睡不着了
