This hotel is an old building that located in on a historic site. The room we were in first smelled like someone had smoke a pack of cigarettes in the room the night before. A major renovation might be considered to bring this historic hotel back to its old glory.

酒店停車很方便，房間温馨，設施齊全完善，很寬敞，工作人員熱情友善。小林跟小韓經理服務態度很温和，不僅提前詢問我入住需求，還準備了歡迎水果。住店健身游泳都免費，值得一提的停車場特別大。地理位置也非常好，到很多著名景點都很方便。交通出行，地鐵公交或者共享單車都有，非常便捷，總體很棒，下次還會再來入住，非常滿意哦！性價比高！

房間很大，就是感覺設施有點老舊了。前台的服務員真的服務不這麼樣，都沒有免費升級房間。還是我提醒，才想到。周圍的交通還是很方便的。離地鐵也不遠，5分鐘走路。

地理位置絕佳，隔壁就是南京博物院，步行可至明孝陵、美齡宮等景點。老牌酒店大堂氣派，咖啡廳、餐廳都很方便，酒店經營有方，價格不貴，無論是門口行李員、還是前台及餐廳咖啡廳服務都很熱情，房間大，視野開闊，六部電梯都很快。小林和小韓工作認真，非常熱情。很滿意的一次入住，會推薦給朋友。

錯峯出遊，所以能有機會被免費升級房間，這裏感謝一下前台。新裝修房間很好，不算太大，乾淨明亮。馬桶還是智能馬桶蓋，毛巾架是電加熱，硬件幾乎可以得滿分，除了窗户開的老高，關窗户需要上窗台，第一晚登上窗台試圖關窗户，沒成功，開了一晚睡覺，第二晚在服務員幫助下終於關了！前台和樓層服務都很好，唯一美中不足的是輪椅租借服務。由於發生意外需要租用酒店輪椅去旁邊的醫院看病。這個紅色的輪椅的質量啊，簡直一言難盡，所有的螺絲都很鬆懈，以至於我一路擔心手剎會隨時掉下來，後來果然自動剎車了。而且輪椅不知哪裡不對（應該是所有的地方都不對），推上一勁兒的往右偏，一路那個較勁啊！以為酒店衹有這一輛輪椅，早上結賬離店請服務員推輪椅上樓接我，推來的是另一個黑色的輪椅，這個輪椅坐上去就感覺不一樣。推起來果然很輕鬆。如果有這樣的好輪椅，昨天為什麼租借給我們一個那麼差的，那個輪椅早該退休了！因為這一點，不能給五星！

酒店不錯，定外賣，有機器人送上樓，就是提醒一下，機器人對着牆，沒對着門，拿東西沒那麼方便。
被褥都挺乾淨的。承接會議較多。南樓是勵志社舊址，值得看。
16層，房間裝修舊了。淋浴間濕漉漉的，瓷磚縫隙也發黴了。門口牆紙也壞了。
樓層阿姨，保潔，服務很好，態度親切。
