Here is the kindest service hotel in my experience.

Highly disappointing and not worth the money! Because of covid restrictions it was difficult to get in the park where the hotel was located. We were told that there was a fireworks display on but didn’t receive a ticket like everyone else, nor were we told there would be transport to the fireworks location which, needless to say, we missed.
The pool was cold and none of the spa facilities I.e the sauna or steam room were switched on so I couldn’t use any of these.
The buffet was limited at both dinner and breakfast and I would not call it a western buffet in any regards.
Save your money and go to the Westin or the Ritz for better quality.
Beautiful view from our room though.

超預期的感受，非常美好，園博園超級美，世外桃源的感覺。酒店工作人員服務很熱情。
重點是旅拍小哥哥:陳冬（畫重點）
拍的太好了，忒別有感覺。強烈推薦。重點他們家的衣服很新，很出鏡。

環境：園博園的幾家酒店基本都住過了 麗笙是在十三園的旁邊 這次過來看打鐵花 就住到這 環境特別好 晚上也很安靜；
設施：沒有小冰箱 酒店的洗護也很一般 希望有待提升，吹風機是戴森的 加分！住這兒也是看中酒店的泳池 很棒！泳池旁的大叔也很負責 一直看着泳池裡的小朋友們。温泉開放時間有點短 碰上沒素質的客人不穿泳衣就進去泡了 我們立馬就走了 沒體驗到；
服務：酒店的服務很到位，入住一直有陪同進房間 並且有求必應 值得誇讚！
這的早餐品種有點少 希望以後能多加中餐類。

個人覺得性價比特高，遠超預期。這個價位還有中午套餐。贈送兩張門票以及景區車輛票。除了小火車和纜車，有站都可坐。前台以及餐廳服務很棒，基本有問必答，態度很好。週六入住，早上開車去到店較早，還給升級房型，房間很大。陽枱面朝高山，很棒有坐下的茶几還有躺着的大床。酒店位置很舒適，距離景區車站和火車站都很方便。周邊園林和植物園（花廚雞和藍色飲料不錯）。抱抱樂園特別適合小孩子玩，要不是中午炎熱，基本可以玩一整天。有挖沙子，大蹦蹦床，水泉，滑滑梯等等。週日景區取消門票，人特別多，特別特別多。晚上吃完自助還可以泡湯泉，公共湯泉人不多，泡一下蠻不錯。小孩子回去還可以大浴缸泡澡 一樓就有售賣機一次性浴缸套。下次來肯定還住這家

房間很好，下次還來！早餐和午餐都很不錯，園博園的景點都逛了，接駁車超級方便！

帶着老媽和阿姨還有二寶去入住了一次麗笙酒店，之前來園博園就看到麗笙酒店的設計造型很獨特，地理位置優越，這次果斷入住試試。麗笙地處整個園博園的C位，旁邊就是水下植物園，還有江蘇十三園，走到哪也都不會覺得很遠。入住是工作日，客人較少，讓我最滿意的就是酒店服務很好，尤其那位前台接待的個子高高頭髮卷卷的小夥子人特別好，面帶微笑，帶我們參觀酒店房間，幫忙鋪防滑墊，服務很細緻入微很周到，讓人心情愉悦。早餐也很豐富多樣，和之前看到網評的差評不一樣的感受。

錯峯旅行真是舒服呀！整個園博園都沒什麼人，酒店更是包場服務也在線，升級的房間景觀很好可以看到園區裏面，陽台自帶躺椅，躺着看景吹風也很享受。
