The room environment is also good. It is not too big, but the facilities look relatively new. It looks very clean and hygienic. The two beds are of the right size and can be put together, which is quite convenient. The relatively lacking part is that the sound insulation is not very good. The noise and movement in the corridor outside the door can be heard clearly. I think the bed is quite comfortable. It has central air conditioning. The room is cleaned every day. At night, the exhaust fan or the air conditioner sounds a bit loud but the earplugs are not affected. Personally think that the soundproofing is good. My room is close to the entrance and it is very quiet at night without being disturbed. The staff are very enthusiastic and warm, and they will be very enthusiastic to ask what they need. The most important thing is that the room has no peculiar smell. I booked a house before because of the heavy decoration smell, so I retired decisively and chose this one. It’s really wise . The free breakfast is simple, and there are fruits. I like the self-service coffee here. The latte is delicious. I’ve never had a bad stay at a Kempinski hotel and this one was no exception. Beautifully appointed room, friendly and professional service, a delicious breakfast etc. If I was to really critique I would say I was surprised to find partly melted ice in the room’s ice bucket and also that I do personally like to have a mirror in the shower cubicle for when I shave. This is being incredibly picky though and neither of these things affected my stay in the slightest.
