I have stayed in Nanning several times. The room is clean, spacious and bright, very good! The front desk lady and the housekeeping sister are very polite, and the service is warm and thoughtful! The breakfast is also OK, clean and rich. A very cost-effective hotel, recommended!

The hotel's sanitation and service are very good. It is very quiet and there is nothing wrong with it. The lobby service is also very good. They help to refrigerate and pack food. They also help to pack breakfast when there is no time to eat breakfast. The next morning, I encountered an unpleasant episode. The parking entrance gate of the Jinyue Building's property was broken and could not be released. Jason on duty immediately came out to coordinate and solve it. In the end, time was tight and we could only temporarily continue to park in the parking lot and take a taxi. Along the way, Maggie and Manager Yuan of the hotel attached great importance to this problem. After negotiating with the property, they supervised the release on the spot that night. Manager Yuan also waited until more than 12 o'clock in the evening to apologize on behalf of the property (this was not the hotel's problem, but the problem of the Jinyue Building property) and reimbursed the taxi fare. It was really sincere. In general, this hotel as a business has been prepared to meet the current holiday passenger flow. Nanning has not had time to adapt. In the case of incomplete urban supporting facilities, a reliable hotel can really make people's journey feel at ease. A very nice room to stay in~ and very comfortable. The barbecue shop next to it is also good. There are many places to eat nearby. The bedding is also very comfortable.

The sanitation is OK. Maybe the city is a bit humid, so the room is a bit dry. There is nothing to eat for breakfast. The location is very good. It is very close to Xilang Pedestrian Street. There are many delicious local foods. Qingxiu Mountain must be visited. I highly recommend the shrimp sashimi, which is delicious. 😋

Overall satisfied. The service was very good and the room was upgraded. The toilet and curtains are both smart, very convenient. Except that the room smelled a bit damp and the quilt and pillow always felt damp (understandably related to the climate in Nanning), everything else was good.
