"After much deliberation, I chose this hotel in Nanning, and after reading many reviews, I felt it was a good choice once I checked in. The front desk staff had a great attitude; Rita, in particular, spoke softly and politely ☺️☺️ and helped me upgrade to a room with a fantastic view. The only downside was that the soundproofing of the glass at night wasn't ideal. The room itself was standard, very clean, and tidy. I initially considered booking breakfast but decided to try some local Nanning specialties instead. The hotel's location was very convenient for evening strolls, being connected to Hangyang Mall, which was incredibly helpful. I visited Qingxiu Mountain in Nanning, and while it was really hot at that time, it was definitely worth going to experience nature. The hotel's facilities were quite comprehensive, and the staff on the floors were also very polite. Opting for a branded hotel really does make for a more comfortable and reassuring stay. I would still highly recommend it. One suggestion: the air conditioning unit needs to be checked for noise. Every time I request a quiet room in advance, the front desk always prioritizes assigning a tranquil room deep down the hallway. The service is hassle-free and thoughtful. In a bustling downtown area, you get to enjoy a uniquely quiet environment. The wall insulation is solid; once you close the door, all outside noise is completely blocked out, maximizing comfort. The front desk consistently provides complimentary earplugs to guests proactively, a detail that puts their service far above other hotels in the same price range. The surrounding commercial facilities are mature and complete; dining and daily necessities can be purchased right downstairs, and the Nongyuan Road Night Market is within walking distance. The subway is right around the corner, offering convenient access everywhere, and it's close to Nanning Railway Station, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers. The entire room is meticulously cleaned, facilities are maintained like new, and the service is always on point. You can book with confidence, no disappointments here."

The romantic decor was simple, elegant, and not overly flamboyant, creating the perfect ambiance. The room facilities were complete, and everything was clean. Service responses were prompt and timely. Despite my busy schedule, I felt incredibly happy and sweet. My experience was absolutely perfect!"

The front desk staff were also very friendly. I'd definitely recommend it to friends, and I'll book here again next time I visit Nanning! 👍💯"

"I want to commend the hotel staff. They proactively communicated before check-in, were very polite during check-in, and even gave us some New Year candies at check-out. The family room itself was pretty standard, clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing, with good soundproofing. All the necessary kids' amenities were provided, and the bedding was comfortable; our family of four slept really well. I suggest that the hotel could offer a small themed plush toy to guests checking out from family rooms. It wouldn't cost much, but it would make the children very happy. My daughter called the front desk to ask if she could take the room's themed toy, and she was very disappointed when she got a negative answer. I hope the hotel can provide a smaller toy for children that they can keep. Additionally, the bathtub drain was clogged, and it took the technician over half an hour to fix it. The air conditioning in the room wasn't cooling effectively. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to these small details."
