Walkable distance to high speed railway station. Room is larger than expected. Hyper decoration, clean & tidy too. Self service breakfast is definitely good in such price.

五一假期，中轉入住南寧東站萬達美華賓館，賓館雖然靠近高鐵站，但是一點也不吵鬧，環境也不錯，入住體驗很好，早餐雖然種類不多，但是味道挺不錯，服務枱小姐姐態度超好，下次來南寧還會繼續入住。

房間屬於比較新的裝修.但是不得不説衞生真的很差.上一個顧客拆開用過的棉簽袋還放在牙刷的旁邊.鏡子下面一堆塵.打開廁所發現廁所蓋還衹蓋了一半.床單也臟.早餐就更不用説了.這個價位在南寧建議換一家吧.這裏除了離東站近.沒有別的好

有以下地方應作出改善：
1）洗手間門沒有門鎖，那磨砂玻璃門是合不上的，使用時很尷尬。
2）電視機沒有使用說明書，按了很久才能調校到看電視節目。

問題1.到店時前台沒有人，自助入住機器也沒開，窗邊坐着一個女孩披着羽絨服，看我們到處找人無動於衷，後來我們撥打電話，前台電話一直響，披着羽絨服的女孩子迫不得已過來接電話才幫我們辦理入住，這波操作令人費解……
問題2.三百多在南寧也不算很便宜的酒店，常年出差住酒店，訂外賣要麼機器人送餐，要麼服務員幫忙送上樓，管理松的讓外賣小哥送上來，這裏……前台讓騎手上樓送，物業不讓騎手上樓送，我們打電話給前台，前台很不好的態度説：“我讓他上去了，是物業不讓他上的”，把鍋甩的一乾二淨，那怎麼讓我們客人自己找物業去解決嗎？我們是衝著酒店説話又不衝著物業，你們作為萬達旗下酒店，佔了整棟樓的一大半，這種事不能事先跟物業協調好嗎？雙方各執一詞，那咱們讓我們客人來調和你們的不同意見嗎？你們不愛送，還不讓騎手上樓，那讓客人一趟一趟下樓取外賣嗎？你們這樓又不私密，誰都可以進，公寓樓改造，跟別的酒店還有辦公類的共用電梯，很不科學！更氣人的是前台的態度以及説辭，前台白色馬甲的女孩還跟我們吵了架，我們讓他幫忙送一下，他語氣很不好説前台沒人他忙，我真是笑了，現在害怕前台沒人不敢走了，我們來的時候等了六七分鐘前台也沒人啊，後來到底喪喪臉幫我們把外賣送上來了，當即我們就把後面兩天的預訂給退了！
3.枕頭有很大頭油的味道
唯一優點：房間很大
總結來講：奔着萬達品牌去的，結果酒店可以説毫無任何服務意識可言，服裝不統一，接待客人態度很隨意，需要也很隨意，方方面面都很隨便，除了房間很大意外説不出來優點了。

大堂人員有限辦理入住不是很快，房間內佈置與價格正比廉價感床比較硬，電流吱吱聲一晚沒睡眠好，酒店大樓電話信號差，總而言之聯繫東盟萬象城附近下榻。

酒店距離東站特別近。早上起來走路5分鐘就到對於趕動車的人來説特別方便。
房間很寬敞，床鋪舒適，燈光開關控制器是飛機撥桿式的復古好用。洗護用品味道好聞。
唯一不好的是房間裏有衞生間下水道那種小飛餓蟲。淋浴噴頭花灑有點散

房間很寬敞，到高鐵站很方便，我們五一出行訂的，去高鐵站很近，帶着娃住這個酒店非常不錯👍前台很熱情，由於早上走得早，又帶着娃，還幫我們打包了早餐，棒棒噠，體驗感非常好👍
